Enjoy the breathtaking views while you sip on your morning coffee or evening cocktail. This three bedroom two bathroom home is the prime example of “location is everything!” Situated on over an acre and backed by state game land, you’ll feel like you are in a tree house when you look out of the massive wall of windows on the main floor. Here, enjoy an unobstructed view of the forest treetops and Peck’s Pond.
On the main level, off of the dining room and living room are sliding glass doors leading to a deck that runs the length of the house with a bbq and lounge chairs. It provides the perfect spot to draw inspiration and enjoy the sunrise and sunset. Our 3 seasons room provides more relaxing views and is tastefully decorated with an additional dining table, couch and chairs.
The main floor is also where you’ll find the sprawling primary bedroom with a walk-in closet and en suite bathroom. The big and bright sliders provide a view from the front of the house and a huge deck for morning coffee and relaxation.
The other level has two additional guest bedrooms, full bathroom and wood burning stove in a spacious family room. This level has more of the striking views with windows and sliders leading to another deck featuring a built in swing. The laundry room is also off of the family room with a high speed washer and dryer. All rooms have their own thermostat and baseboard for temperature control.

Guests will be able to access the whole house.

30 day stay minimum.
Guests will be asked to sign lease prior to their stay as per the HOA.
Guests will be provided badges for amenity access and have opportunity to acquire vehicle barcode for gate entry.

We ask young children not be left unattended on the decks or outdoor staircases, due to the heights of the structures.
