Charming and Tranquil Poconos Chalet in Lake Community

Charming chalet nestled in the trees offering privacy and tranquility for your summer getaway. Enjoy morning coffee on the raised wrap around covered terrace while watching the abundance of wildlife. Rental includes access to community lakes with beaches, outdoor/indoor pools, tennis/pickle ball courts, hiking trails, dog park, playground, and a fully equipped fitness center. Close to the Delaware Water Gap, many state parks, the 5 star Woodlock Spa and the quaint towns of Hawley and Milford.

Our 3 bed / 2 bath Poconos home including family room and bonus room offering plenty of space to spread out or gather. Nestled on a secluded wooded and beautifully landscaped lot, the property also has a large grassy area for play and lawn games (many provided) or just enjoying the sunshine and fresh air.

All bedrooms and bathrooms are on the upper level along with the kitchen, living room and dining area. From here you can also walkout to the raised terrace. The lower level has another living room with an extra sleeping area, a bonus room, a laundry room and a mudroom with outdoor access.

Indoor Amenities: WIFI. 3 TVs with Amazon Firestick, no cable. Many movies, board games and puzzles are available. Others: DVD player, coffee maker, air fryer, microwave, washer and dryer, SodaStream, Amazon Alexa.

Outdoor Amenities: Fire ring, hammock, gas grill, chair swing, lawn games, two outdoor eating areas and many outdoor amenities in the community.

Located in the Hemlock Farms community with 3 lakes with beaches as well as other small ponds for fishing. Other community amenities include an indoor and outdoor pools, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, hiking trails, basketball and bocce ball courts, baseball diamonds, a fitness trail, a playground and a dog park. The community center also has a fully equipped fitness center along with an indoor pool, sauna, jacuzzi and steam room. The rental comes with tennis/racquet and pickleball supplies to use on community courts.

Under a 30 minute drive to Lake Wallenpaupack and the towns of Hawley and Milford . Also close to the Delaware Water Gap and many state parks with hiking trails and waterfalls.

Recommended for families with children aged 5 and above. Younger children are OK, but we cannot provide childproofing supplies.

Renters will be asked to sign a short term rental agreement as per HOA requirements.

Renters will be provided with a total of 6 passes to use at community amenities. Depending upon available space renters have access to an in-community children's day camp (extra fee required). Hemlock Farms has multiple events / classes throughout the summer that renters can enjoy as well.
