Large and comfortable 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home in the Greater Groves community in Clermont, Florida! This home features a King Size Master suite, a Queen Size bedroom, and two bedrooms with twin beds. The massive pool deck and oversized fully fenced yard make this home one to remember! A large living room and open concept kitchen make this the perfect home for larger families to enjoy.
All bedrooms have smart TV's so you can enjoy all of your favorite shows and streaming while here.
The pool and spa can be heated together or separately in the cooler months if desired, NB: there is an additional charge for this service, please enquire prior to arrival.

This property is pet friendly, we will accept a maximum of 2 dogs (unless requested and approved prior to booking) and the non refundable pet fee is $150 per pet which must be paid prior to checking in. Please advise us prior to arrival if you are bringing your furry friend with you, failure to do so will incur a $500 charge.


In lieu of security deposits, we apply an Accidental Damage Waiver to every reservation for your peace of mind. The fee of $100 covers up to $750.00 in limited accidental damages. Exceptions include but are not limited to acts of God, intentional acts, negligent conduct, and pet damage. Inquire for more information.

What a great getaway!! We just want to say how wonderful this house was for us! Great yard for our fur baby to run around in and great pool for the kids to play in! It was perfect all around!! Great location with near by stores!!!! Would definitely stay again when coming to the area!!!!

Home had everything you could need. Really close to a Publix. Our puppy loved the fenced in yard. The outside with the pool, dining table and tv outside huge plus!! We had a great time!

Enjoyed our stay! Loved the private pool and spa. Some advertise private but this one truly is. No neighbors can see into the pool area! Great neighborhood with shopping and dining within 5 minutes! True gem!

We really enjoyed our stay! 🥰 The absolute highlight was the beautiful pool and backyard! We spent so much time relaxing out there, and our dogs LOVED having the large yard to enjoy! The outdoor space was wonderful and easily our favorite part of the property. The home is also in a quiet, peaceful and private area, which made it a great place to unwind after busy vacation days. Jenny and Steve were incredibly kind, responsive and accommodating throughout our stay. We had some concerns with cleanliness upon arrival, but they immediately arranged for housekeeping to return for a more thorough cleaning, which made a huge difference. We truly appreciated how quickly and graciously they addressed our concerns!The home does show some wear and could benefit from a little TLC. The mattresses were quite thin and uncomfortable, and the living room couch wasn’t the most comfortable, with some reclining mechanisms not working properly. Some updated furnishings would really elevate the space. The linens also had a lingering older/stored smell, and some towels had a mildew-like odor, so refreshing those would be a great improvement.Overall, we had a lovely vacation and felt very welcomed by our hosts. The amazing pool, spacious dog-friendly yard, privacy and peaceful atmosphere made for some wonderful memories. With a few updates inside, this could be an even more comfortable stay. We really appreciate everything Jenny and Steve did for us and thank them again for having us! 🫶

The house was amazing. Perfect layout. Pool and spa was the best. Our dog loved having the freedom of being off leash in the fenced in yard. Communication with our hosts was excellent. Always prompt in responding and helpful with requests. Highly recommend.

Beautiful pool house

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The fenced yard offered privacy in a quiet neighborhood close to everything. The large covered lanai was great for outdoor eating and relaxing. Pool and spa were wonderful.

Great Stay!

The house and property were perfect for our Florida Getaway. There was plenty of space for our family of 5 and we very much enjoyed the pool. The location is great for shopping and the Disney parks, which we took advantage of. The house was clean and well stocked for all our needs and we found the beds to be very comfortable. All in all, a great choice for a Florida getaway.

Great Florida vacation!

Absolutely perfect spot for our vacation. The weather was very hot during our long days at Disney and Universal Studios so we really enjoyed the amazing pool and hot tub. The location was close to the parks and had lots of amenities nearby. The villa was very comfortable for our family of 4. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to family and friends.

The Best Stay

Host were wonderful. Communication was great. We loved the large pool and hot tub. House was extremely clean . Really appreciated the tree being there and the gift basket. We rented many homes through VRB this is one we will definitely come back too. It couldn’t have been better.
