Located right next to our "Sun Cottage," this adorable 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom cottage is just steps to the emerald green waters and white sandy beaches of Navarre Beach, FL. This perfect 1 bedroom cottage sleeps up to 4 people comfortably with a Queen in the bedroom and a very comfortable Queen sofa bed in the living room.

The kitchen offers all stainless steel appliances and everything you would need or want to make a beach picnic lunch or a fancy seafood dinner. (Food and drink in the kitchen pictures not included with rental.)

Simply stated, this stylish and updated, adorable beach cottage will take your breathe away! If you're looking for couples weekend away with friends this is the perfect cottage for your stay since it is located right next to the Sun Cottage. You and your significant other, along with another couple, can enjoy each others company but will also get the benefit of privacy at night by staying in your separate cottages. Double the fun and all at a great price! You just can't beat it! Even if you're just looking to getaway with your friends or family this cottage offers a great set up for anyone to feel comfortable while enjoying their beach vacation together. Unit was as pictured, good location, easy walk to beach, I would stay here again. Our wifi was out the entire stay, they gave an alternate service but only one of us could connect. Wish the outdoor chairs were on the front, there was a nice breeze there, too hot to sit on the back deck where chairs are at. We had a great stay!

Nice for a weekend getaway

Unit was clean, check in was easy. A couple of small issues that we lived with..I'm sure the staff will address it. They offered to address it immediately but no biggie for us.. we'll be back. Great location!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our second time at this location. It is a cute little apartment above the rental office. It was very clean and had everything needed for a long stay. There are even items for the beach in the large utility room. There are chairs, umbrella and even a wagon. The full size washer and dryer are great too. The home is also very quiet. The rental office is very good with communication. The county had to shut off the water for a day for repairs and the office told us about it and also informed us when the boil order was over. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

Great getaway

Everyone was very nice and helpful. Highly recommend this place for a getaway but make sure you don’t mind climbing stairs. It was perfect for just me and my husband.

Navarre Getaway

This one bedroom property is clean and modern with a wonderful location. Everything you need for a relaxing getaway is included. The photos of the property are accurate and the communication with rental staff is quick and easy. We look forward to staying here again.

Wonderful beach experience!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at this rental property. My boyfriend and I stayed on one side and my daughter and her family stayed on the other. It was a perfect way to have a family vacation together but with individual privacy. The home was very clean and had everything we needed in a beach rental home. We will most definitely stay here again in the future!

Nice unit that was clean and comfortable.

Well appointed and updated unit that was very inviting. The balcony on the back is a little small so we didn't use it. We were within walking distance of a great beach. The overall location is good with plenty of things to do and fun places to go eat.

Cottage in Navarre Beach

The property was just as listed. Everything one needs for their stay. Kitchen was fully equipped. Lots of items for the beach were also available. Property was clean and neat. It is located above the rental office so if we had questions or needs someone was available during the day. Very quiet area. We enjoyed our stay.

Only downside I could provide is the back deck chairs are extremely old and rusted and need to be replaced, but everything else was great.
