Great location, beach was easily accessible with a short walk across the road. The short distance from the pier but far enough to be out of the crowds was great. The place was a little dated but very spacious for the money. Bathrooms and kitchen where clean and well stocked.

The place looks even better than in the pictures!! The view of the ocean was so beautiful and the private beach access path across the street made it so easy and fast to get onto the beach. The space was very clean, the host replied very quickly to all my questions and the plentiful supply of beach gear and over abundance of linens was a huge plus. Would definitely stay here again!

Communication was not good. Seemed like we always got an AI response. No internet/tv the whole week even tho the other units did. Someone finally came out on day 5, but it still wasn't fixed. Should have been told b4 hand. Asked to be compensated but we'll see. I was told there was no beach gear available, so we brought our own, but there was plenty in the garage. Would have appreciated beach towels & a grill.

The view and proximity to the beach were great. The condo was super clean upon arrival and check-in and check-out was easy, with clear instructions and phone numbers provided should there be a problem. We enjoyed our stay!

Property really needs updating. The oven barely along with the dishwasher, the kitchen cabinets are falling apart, the living room furniture was old and smelly. Tv situation wasnt great. Not paying you to use somebody else's Roku accounts. Beds were hard. Window treatments we're poor and let in very bright sunshine at 7:00 a.m; like I really want to wake up that early on vacation. Bathroom toilets barely flush clogged constantly. The tubs have hair and we're not clean from the previous people who stayed there. Bed linens were rough and the upstairs was very hot at night, air conditioner barely worked. The garage was very junky and spelled of mold was very hot and had roaches. The property owner needs to throw away all of the Rusty worn out Beach Furniture that's piled up in the garage really a bad impression walking in the front door. We both did have a good time we made the best of all of these bad circumstances. I definitely would not recommend this property until all of the mentioned are rectified. Location was good. Beached were great. Please update this property. I feel like i was taken advantage of in the price I paid with all the problems.

Loved it

I booked this location a second time and we loved it; liked the privacy and proximity to the beach; the kitchen has everything necessary to cook your meals; our son was pleasantly surprised by the basket of goods left by the managing property team on his birthday.

This was the email o sent with no response: response: We really aren’t people who like to complain, but unfortunately we haven’t had a very good experience at Gulf Dream.Since we’ve been here, we’ve encountered several issues:* There have been baby roaches in the kitchen and we’ve also seen roaches elsewhere in the house.* The upstairs bedroom toilet has clogged repeatedly and has now happened three times.* There is no actual air conditioning upstairs, which was not disclosed in the listing. The last two nights have been extremely hot and uncomfortable, making it very difficult to sleep.* There was only one bedsheet available for the upstairs bed.* While some updates have been made, such as the downstairs flooring, the carpet is in poor condition, and the exterior of the property looks very run-down and not well maintained.* The listing also gave us the impression there would be more outdoor space, but there really isn’t a usable backyard or similar area. We feel several aspects of the property were either omitted or not accurately represented.We also didn’t realize this was Blue Angels weekend, so we understand why rates are higher, but we booked this trip simply because we enjoy coming to Navarre Beach. We expected the property to reflect the price we paid, and unfortunately it has not.We’ve really tried to make the best of it and “ride it out,” but after the toilet clogged for the third time and another nearly sleepless night we are done.
