Romantic Mountain Cabin with Hot Tub and Wood Burning Fireplace, 2 Bedroom Suites with Ensuite Baths TV in the Living room and each suite adna private quiet location. Located in Cherry Log Between Blue Ridge and Elijay Near to Benton Mckaye Trail, Rafting and Tubing and Horse Stables as well as several Vineyards, Shopping and Dining including the Famous Pink Pig Barbeque Restaurant. This Cabin is Well outfitted with Gas Grill Kuerig Duo coffee maker, Central Airconditioning and Heat and a great private deck with bistro Table for Romantic Outside Dinners, Rocking Chairs for morning coffee or a glass of wine and Hot Tub overlooking the Wooded Natural Setting. Property has a firepit and game area for your enjoyment. It is not unusual to See Deer or other animals in the woods. This is the perfect place to relax and enjoy nature. Access is by paved mountain road.

It was so quiet and relaxing, it was amazing! But when relaxed in the hot tub…. We turned the jets on in the hot tub…. It started making weird noises and we smelled a burning, so we shut the jets off and the noise stopped and so did the smell.

The cabin was just as described. The setting in the woods on a mountain was perfect. The cabin was very cozy and comfortable. Tammy and Ken were extremely responsive. They have the cabin very well stocked with everything needed for the perfect stay.

Lovely cabin in the woods and mountains. Really enjoyed sitting on the back porch and listening to all the sounds. Great location to Blue Ridge, etc.

Blue Ridge

We only stayed a couple of days but the cabin was excellent. The drive on the road up to the cabin was a little tight but doable. The cabin was very clean and the hot tub very relaxing. Would definitely stay again when in the area.

Perfection

I can't say enough positive things about this property. The cabin was just perfection, completely outfitted with everything you need. I especially appreciated the hot tub, relaxing on the porch and watching the sunset, having a washer and dryer for dirty hiking clothes, the black out blinds in the bedroom, a fullyequipped kitchen and a cozy living room. Everything was spotless. It was too breezy for a fire but even the firewood was provided. As a senior with mobility issues I also appreciated that one of the bedrooms had a step in shower and a lower bed. There were 3 TV's but we never turned one on. WiFi worked great. I enjoyed the book about Blue Ridge waterfalls, I've hiked to 25 of them but found some I didn't know about and hope to plan a trip around those. The area has some beautiful state parks less than an hour away. The only thing that was uncomfortable was driving the steep, narrow road but I live in flatlands. By the end of the stay I was a little more confident with it but still drove it at chicken mph. My sister joined me for part of the stay and now wants to make this an annual trip. This was a very spur of the moment trip and I'm so glad I booked this property, it exceeded all expectations.

Relaxing Birthday

This property looks just like it does in the listing. The location is great as it is close to town and lots of food and bar options. Lots of hiking trails around for those wanting more outdoors time. There are some cabins around the property, but you have plenty of privacy. The cabin is perfect for a trip to relax and get away from a busy life.

Perfect Cabin

We stopped here for one night to shorten our drive from Kentucky to Florida and we wish we had more than one night to enjoy this cabin. Its perfect for a couple or a family looking to getaway and enjoy the mountains.

A great stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at SonLight Cabin. The location was quiet and secluded, but quick to Blue Ridge and Ellijay. We appreciated the blackout blinds in the bedrooms! The hot tub was large and super clean. Ken told us that we were visited by a mama bear and two cubs on the front porch the first morning of the stay, but we never got to see them. We did see deer nearly every day. The air conditioning kept the main room of the cabin very comfortable, but the bedrooms were noticeably warmer. Would recommend bringing a fan with you if you’re hot natured like we are. The air is capped at 68 degrees, but it felt warmer than our house on 73. The road leading to the cabin is a steep one-way road. We had no problem in our truck, but we did have to pull over or back up to let descending traffic come by. Overall, we would absolutely stay here again. Ken was very communicative and quick to respond whenever we reached out! We were a last minute stay, and we felt very welcomed by Ken!

Relaxing Cabin!

We had such a wonderful time staying at Sonlight. The cabin was well equipped and the hot tub was perfect! Its private, secluded and very quiet. The location made it super easy to visit both Blue Ridge and Ellijay. We hope to be back soon!

Super Clean

very nice cabin super clean on the inside and Decor was nice it's pretty secluded especially being summertime. There were deers and bears. Host was very accommodating. We have another cabin we usually stay at in cherry log. But i would stay here again.

We are South West Florida Residents and love our time at the Cabin to enjoy peace and quiet and time with God and Nature. We offer it for rent to share this wonderful experience with others.

We love our time here. The Quiet Romantic Peaceful Environment and relaxation by the Fire, Soaking in the Hot Tub, Hiking the mountains and Amenities of both Blue Ridge and Elijay. You will Love it also.

この宿泊施設の特徴

Our Hot Tub is on the main deck out the back door of the cabin with no steps. We have Central AC and heat as well as a Wood stove Insert Fireplace and an Outdoor firepit with a game area for Horse Shoes and Corn Hole. The Access Road to our Cabin is fully paved.
