Entrance:
Check out our beautiful view! Our villa in the prestigious Windsor at Westside resort is located minutes from Disney's entrance, allowing you to come home from the parks for a nap or meal and head back later in the day. Step into the villa has been professionally decorated with high-end furnishings, and you'll be greeted by the welcoming main level - the hub for entertaining and mingling with a wonderfully open layout that seamlessly connects the kitchen, dining area, and living area.

Living room:
Spacious, bright, and stylish open-concept living room. The sliding door in the living area opens up for true indoor/outdoor living! And the adjacent living area is more than ready to host movie nights with a leather sectional sofa and a cable-equipped, flat-screen TV.
Head upstairs and discover another lounge that also has a large flat TV. The upstairs is carpeted, which provides comfort and smoothness when walking barefoot, which is bright and colorful. Be sure to spoil the whole gang in the state-of-the-art living room that features a lighting effect and comfortable reclining seating.

Kitchen and Dining room:
The kitchen features granite countertops, a double stainless sink, stainless appliances, and a tile backsplash. The refrigerator is a large-capacity model to hold all your food items. The kitchen is fully furnished with dinnerware, flatware, glassware, cookware, bakeware, and assorted kitchen tools. There is also a coffee maker, blender, toaster pots and pans, oil, salt, pepper, and Barbecue utensils. A new large-capacity washer and dryer are in the unit for your use. It offers a large, open-concept dining/living room with a 55" SMART TV and leather sofas. The nightly FIREWORKS at Epcot and Hollywood Studios can be seen from the screened lanai at living area windows.

Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: King-sized Master and crib with en-suite shower and tub. The large walk-in closet features plenty of storage space. Bedroom 2: King-sized bedroom with walk-in shower and walk-in closet. Bedroom 3: Mickey theme with one twin and one full bed. Bedroom 4 with bunk bed and full bed. Bedrooms 5 & 6: Queen-sized bedrooms. Each bedroom is furnished with a flat-screen TV and high end ceiling fans . All beds have luxury linens, comforters, and high-end mattresses as well as custom-made designer pillows.


Outdoor space:
Private large splash pool, perfect for winding down after a full day at the Theme Parks. You will have your own private west-facing pool and jacuzzi as well as your own personal home.

You will have access to the full-size Washer, dryer, and iron, which are all located in our villa. All linens and bath towels are provided. As with most vacation rentals, minimal consumable toiletries are provided. Consider a trip to the nearby Walmart or Target to get any extra items you may need.

Guests of this stunning home have complete access to all of the amenities and activities during their stay, along with all resort amenities. Windsor at Westside is a gated resort with security staff on duty at all times, and guests may arrive at any time day or night as long as arrangements have been made.

It features a large lagoon-style heated pool with zero entry area, a separate hot tub on the pool deck, and a newer water play area that features water racing slices and smaller slides and water play features for younger children. The clubhouse features an HD movie theater with free guest-selected movies, a game room, a fitness center, a sand volleyball court, movie rentals, a sundry shop, a poolside cafe, & a welcome center. Outdoor amenities include lighted courts for tennis, volleyball, and basketball, outdoor grills, a putting green, & children's playgrounds.

This home is located on a quiet, residential street, less than eight miles from Walt Disney World and only 14 miles from all the shopping and dining options at Disney Springs. You're also just shy of 17 miles from SeaWorld and just 21 miles from Universal Orlando if you're seeking a little something different. And for additional shops, restaurants, and other local attractions, this home is also conveniently close to Kissimmee's renowned 192 corridors.
After 12 guests, each additional guest is charged $25/per person/night.
Extra charge if you'd like to use:
- BBQ grill: Cleaning fee: $45
The propane and gas tank will be self-catering.
- Heated pool: $45/day for the entire length of stay, if booked in advance/before your stay. Suppose booked during your stay, $50/day (4 days minimum). You have to order the pool heat with the charge.

You feel the pool water very chilly during cold nights in the morning and possibly early afternoon. Due to the cold weather, you may feel the water colder in the morning or early afternoon. The pool heat won't turn the pool in the hot tub, but it will keep the water warm or usable. The pool water may not reach your desired temperature in cold weather. All the requests need 48-hour advance notice. The pool heat is not refundable.
We are excited to host your upcoming stay at our house. After you had booked we will send you a link to finish the booking and the door code will be sent to you after you finish booking and a day before you arrive. The security deposit will definitely be refunded when you check out if that doesn't cause any damage to the house.

We have a security camera in front of the house. So you mustn't cover the security camera. We have to cancel your stay if you cover the ring camera and we won't refund.
