DON’T STAY HERE!!!

This was a nightmare of vacation for my family and friends! We stayed here from 8/21-8/30. As everyone already said, please don’t stay here! The house is nothing similar as the manager described! Also, she is horrible to communicate with! No answers! House is dirty, furniture is broken, carpet are disgusting. Upstairs AC didn’t work, we had 3 infants who got sick because of the heat! I almost called the police to get help. No phone service in any cellphone, also WIFI was poor, couldn’t send txt message. Pavement around the pool and front of the house has loose bricks! Hot tub NEVER WORKED in all those days, they only got $100 back for refund, not even what we paid for it. Pool was cold for 3 days, they didn’t fix it. There were roaches in the kitchen, and no good pans to cook, we had to buy 3 additional pans to use. They wanted us to leave the house clean, but didn’t leave anything to clean. And to begin with, it was dirty in the first place. PLEASE SAVE TOUR MONEY AND YOUR PATIENCE TO DEAL WITH SOMEONE WHO DOESN’T CARE! DON'T DO IT STAY HERE!!!

NEVER EVER AGAIN

The property described in the VRBO listing did not even come close to what we found. The home is dirty - furniture and carpet are disgusting. Walls are damaged and filthy. Blender, dishwasher and microwave light did not work. Upstairs rec room was useless -- air hockey table was broken; fooseball table had no balls, cable hook-up did not work properly, XBox could not be used because it was missing parts. Pavement around the pool is in poor condition. Front porch has loose bricks. Water in hot tub was cold and we were told it would not be heated (even though there was nothing indicated in the listing that there was an additional fee). There were roaches in the kitchen. Towel rack in one of the bedrooms was completely broken and hanging by a thread. Shower doors leaked and flooded bathroom floor. HDMI cables were all destroyed. Remote controls were all missing covers so battery compartments were just open. Nothing was provided to clean toilets or stove/oven. Property management person came half way thru the week and spent 2 hours trying to fix things, most of which she said she could not fix. She admitted that the property was in poor condition. WARNING - if you are considering renting this property, DON'T DO IT!

Spacious home but needs better upkeep!

Thankfully this home had its own pool because the resort pool was shut down for 4 days out of our 7 day stay(3/13-3/20)that was a real downer for the kids especially since that was a main factor in booking this home. The resort gym and game room are closed due to COVID-19 which should be mentioned in the description of home. Our kids enjoyed the basketball courts but you must provide your own sports equipment. The home is beautiful in general but dirty! Definitely not in compliance with new cleaning guidelines due to COVID. Baseboards are black, fans are black, walls are disgusting, artificial plants coated with dust etc. Towels are worn down, hot tub was dirty and pool lacked chlorine and water line went below level which resulted in me calling the owner and pool maintenance confirmed chlorine was low. For the money we spent we should have had a cleaner home which is maintained properly. But despite the cleaning guidelines which state the house must be vacant for 2 days before next visitor arrives I can tell you this is not happening hence the lack of time to deep clean. Bring your own cleaning agent, kitchen knives if you plan to cook and better frying pans. Most TV’s have no signal or connection, WiFi is poor in this area and my friends with TMobile could not get cell service. Property Management should rip those dirty dusty old carpets and upgrade to tile. House smells damp and dusty but to each their own, this is my honest review.

Great location wish the stay was better

The location of the house was great for me and my family however the cleanliness of the house I was not too pleased with. The house looked like it was not cleaned from the previous stay and we had a very friendly visit from the neighborhood cockroaches which happened more than once. The kitchen overall was not equipped with daily tools as the previous houses we have stayed at, there were things we needed to buy just to make our daily meals. Overall our stay was very mediocre I was expecting a lot better from what the comments stated before.

Family vacation

It is a nice property, accommodated our group of 13 very well. We felt the house was very dirty needs a good deep cleaning with replacement of some of the furniture. The cooking pans were awful, we had to buy a frying pan and used a lot of tinfoil pans. With a good cleanup and replacing some furniture and items this would be an excellent property!

Great house & location!

The house definitely needs better cooking pots and pans. The air conditioning upstairs was'nt as cool as we needed it. It was very hot in a few of the rooms. Also we had hopes of cooking on the grill only to find that the grill was broken and they didn't bring another during our entire stay.

Pleasant Experience

This house was wonderful. There was a problem with the pool. It was addressed right away. My only complaint is that this home is meant to house 20 people and the cookware can't accommodate. Otherwise, this house would have been perfect.

Great vacation home for a large family!

We had 15 adults gathering for a family reunion. The large open floor plan on the main floor was a huge plus! We could all hang out together very comfortably. The kitchen had everything we needed - Grocery store and Walmart close by. A huge plus.... lots of places to order out if you don't want to cook. The pool and patio was relaxing and a good place for everyone to hang out. The community pool was nice - especially is you have younger kids. Nice water park. The community also offered a few activities at the bar area for adults which was a fun place to hang out. Would have been nice to have a floor plan listed so we could figure out bedrooms before arriving but overall it was a great place for our large family to get together and enjoy each other's company.

Awesome experience and a beautiful home!

Myself and my family had an amazing time. The house was nice and spacious. My mother and father enjoyed their king suite downstairs along with the open kitchen!! The kids enjoyed the pool and what the resort had to offer. It was also nice to workout while on vacation. Overall great stay. We look forward to coming back soon.

Beautiful

This is a gorgeous new house. Right out of HGTV. The beds were super comfortable, I'm now thinking about buying a similar one. The house is way bigger inside than it looks from the outside. Tons of space. When we had an issue at the house, the owner responded and resolved very quickly. Great for a large group of people.

Amazing property!

Four generations had a great vacation together

We had four generations together (ages 3 to 81) for a five day visit with our family in Florida and enjoyed our stay. We really loved our time hanging out at the community center and visited Magic Kingdom (25-30 minute drive) twice (also fun!). We liked: The Windsor at Westside community center with Amazing Pool, bar/restaurant with great service, fun game room, beautiful soccer pitch, sand volleyball. Makes this rental feel a lot like staying at a full-service resort. Definitely our most favorite thing! The house has a spacious floor plan with lots of room for everyone Comfortable beds and nice bathrooms for every bedroom Nice backyard swimming pool with grill and outdoor furniture was a great gathering spot Huge dining room table so w could all sit down together for meals Nice kitchen layout-- we love to cook Good supply of glasses, dishes, cutlery stocked in the kitchen Things we wish the house had: A heavy non-stick skillet A heavy-bottom pan A nice chef knife (the one we used had a broken handle) with option for sharpening Cotton sheets for the beds (the micro-fiber sheets stick and are hot to sleep on) Of course, the Magic Kingdom was wonderful. We can also recommend picking up citrus at the small farmer stand located about a 10 minute drive on the way back to the house. It's wonderful! Staying at a house like this made our family vacation comfortable and convenient for us all to be together. The owner was very fast to respond and easy to work with. Thank you for offering us a great option for our family vacation!

Gorgeous Home!

I truly enjoyed my stay. The home is beautiful with all the amenities needed for a large family. The entire area is brand new with a beautiful new resort-style clubhouse. The kitchen is beautiful and has all the cooking utensils and appliances needed. Great house for entertaining!

Beautiful and spacious

My family and I want to thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home during our visit to Florida. The house is just as beautiful as pictured and very spacious. Has everything you could possibly need. We just unpacked and enjoyed every moment of our trip. The community is still in the developing stage, but very nice. I would definitely come back.

Great Property, We will definitely be back!!!

The house is in a great location close to the parks and has plenty of room for everyone. My family and I rented the house over thanksgiving holiday and had a blast. The kitchen was perfect for a large family and the kids really enjoyed the pool and pool table. We will definitely be using this house again in the future!!
