Gorgeous newly updated 3 BR/3.5 Ba GULF front condo 4th floor condo. Views of the Gulf and Perdido Pass from the kitchen, living room, master bedroom and of course, the extra large covered balcony.

Grand Pointe is a low density property with the best views of
the Gulf of Mexico AND Perdido Pass! 2 views for the price of !

Walk right down the ramped boardwalk ( NO stairs) over the dunes to the largest beach in all of Orange Beach. Lots of room to spread out and play, swim, sun.
After the beach, visit the outdoor pool and spa then check out the indoor heated pool and spa.

Walk across the street to San Roc Cay to shop and dine at 4 different restaurants.

Family Fall Beach Trip

Another wonderful week in Orange Beach. Everything you need and then some. The deck is awesome. Plenty of comfortable furniture. Already thinking and planning our next fall vacation here !!!

Family Fall Vacation

We had a great time. We actually had the opportunity to meet the owners!!! The condo had everything we needed and more. The gulf and Perdido Pass view are amazing. There’s plenty of super comfortable furniture on the oversized balcony. We will definitely be back !!!

This was our second year staying in this unit, and it won’t be our last! The condo is very clean, spacious, well stocked, and the location is the cherry on top! The host is amazing to work with. Thank you for another great trip!

Aging facility

Paid too much for what we got. Coffee maker contained gelatinous, mouldy water. The dishwasher racks have been replaced with racks that don't fit and they block the soap dispenser from opening, so I feel like I have been eating off of dirty dishes. There was a toilet leak in another condo, causing water in our condo. Our guest had to run 3 fans and a humidifier 24/7.

The condo was great. Very well kept, great location, and not over crowded. We were able to watch fireworks from balcony. Laurie is an amazing hostess.
