Renter beware

In no particular order: 1.) Advertises 2 bathrooms, but there is only 1. Important to know when you expect 2 2.) Advertises a washer, but only has a dryer 3.) Has undisclosed cameras throughout the outside of the property, facing areas that you are likely to hang out in 4.) Sent someone to essentially spy on us on our next to last day, claiming that they were there to cut the grass, which they did to great distraction, while blocking the driveway, and then claimed that someone had complained that the hot tub 'smelled' (whatever tf that means) and they were there to check it out. Complete invasion of privacy all around. To be fair, the hot tub was nice, but for the price, that's about the only thing. Very disappointed overall.

Not as advertised

Clean, comfortable. Ample linens and kitchenware. No 2nd bdrm, no clothes washer, oven toaster oven unusable. Dirty glasses and cookware.. nice front patio and fire pit. Waiting for $150 credit from Host.

Excellent location

This place was awesome. It's walking distance from water/Marina. Close to stores. If you're looking for a get away by the water this place is perfect. The host is excellent at replying to any questions or concerns you may have. would definitely rent again.

quiet hub

quiet area but close to everything you want to do within 15-20minutes. 30 minutes was the furthest. Clean spacious common areas which is where we spent family time. Bedrooms were very tiny, enough room to turn around but bedding was comfortable. Outdoor furntirue and fire pit. Small marina on site. No beach or swimming at location or within walking distance. No microwave, grill on property, or washer was present. It wasn't an issue for us but may be for some. Enjoyed our stay very much.
