📜 Policies & Notes
Pets: Up to 3 dogs standard — additional dogs considered upon approval. Pet Fee required.
Rental Agreement: Signed agreement and security hold required within 48 hours of booking.
Events: Small gatherings welcome. No large events — residential area.
Parking Reminder: We can have no more than 3 cars parked in front of the house at any time.
There is additional parking available on the paved side driveway located on the left-hand side of the home.
Please note — we cannot exceed 40% of the front of the house covered by cars, or our short-term rental permit may be suspended.
Indigo is located in a newly developed community — while most homes are complete, there may be occasional daytime construction activity as the neighborhood continues to grow.
