Newly remodeled townhome with brand new appliances, hot tub, playground, and a massive game room. Come experience a welcoming oasis that feels like a home away from home! With 5 bedrooms and 3 full baths, beautiful open floor plan, backyard for your pets and kids to run around, and downstairs family room, 9 people can stay comfortably. Perfect for a large family gathering or a getaway with friends, and bring your furry friends too! A grill on the balcony and patio seating extends the indoor living space outdoors. The kitchen is equipped with a Kuerig and coffee maker, hot water kettle, microwave, blender, dishwasher, and plenty of dishes/pots/pans/cooking utensils. Additionally, there is washer/dryer access.

We're located next door to the Loge, a surfer-themed hotel with a full cafe, surfboard & wetsuit rentals, and live music on summer Fridays!

Lastly, please note that this is a duplex. While the space is large and private enough to feel like a whole house, it is attached to 1 other townhome on the property. The backyard, playground, firepit, hot tub, grill, patio, etc, however, are not shared- they are all yours! You will have your own designated off-street parking as well.

Our experience was not fun, the hot in wasn’t warm when we got there, we got charged extra for our stay because of pet hair not only that but the down stairs was a chok floor and my kids of course drew on it and we got charged extra for that as well, we also lost power the first full day and I messed owners and they said that we would only stay till 1 when check out was at 11 also we where planning on making sea food the day we lost power, so we had to wait till the day we checked out and also got charged a fee for the “smell”. I feel as if the home owners where kinda not understanding that we are on a ocean and people tend to eat sea food if on the ocean, I was very upset that home owners wouldn’t let us stay a extra day because of the storm and lost power yet woudnt allow another night, just very not understanding and really disrespectful about the whole experience.

Hi, we're Jake & Korie! We live in Seattle with our 3 young children and absolutely love exploring all that the PNW has to offer- from hiking and camping to playing and swimming at the beach. We are avid users of VRBO ourselves, and so we are intimately familiar with what guests (especially families!) anticipate in a rental in order to have a comfortable and enjoyable vacation.

We love that our place is located next to a surfer-themed motel with live music, activities throughout the summer, a cafe and surf shop, as well as surf rentals. It's an awesome amenity to be able to offer our guests, and it's right next door! Being only a 5 minute drive from the beach and the marina, guests can find everything else they need within minutes.

We want our property to not only feel comfortable, but to be a place where lasting memories are made. That's why we have amenities including a private deck with covered hot tub, grill and outdoor seating, a fire pit, a playground, and a huge game room with board games and arcade games.
