Welcome home! This is a beautifully updated 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom house in the highly desirable North Domingo Baca community. Conveniently located walking distance to North Domingo Baca park (equipped with a large children’s playground, multiple picnic areas and a gated dog park...yes, we are pet friendly!) We look forward to making your stay comfortable, safe and worry-free! This location is also a short 1.5 miles from 1-25 interstate making it an easy drive to many popular ABQ attractions.

Fantastic.

We had a very enjoyable time. Our little one just enjoyed the walks up the stairs. It is a short drive to stores and where you need to go. Nichole was awesome and very helpful.

Nice host, big house, just not what I was expecting

The check-in process was a breeze, The house was in a great area, However, the house was lifeless and dull in appearance. It was just self staying, but the other bedrooms were extremely tiny. The main reason for me wanting to stay at this house was the bathtub upstairs and the master bedroom, And I used it and the Jets out this black stuff everywhere it was disgusting. I don't know when the last time that tub had been cleaned, but I left the bathtub more dirty than getting in the bathtub because of it.

Exceptional Location & Space

Description of property was spot on. Well appointed & clean & organized. Great neighborhood with terrific park (with everything!**) across the street. Backyard/patio space shaded & inviting. **walking/jogging paths, playground, dog park, soccer, lacrosse, tennis, pickleball, handballl, racquetball, splash pad....dog washes & foodtrucks on the weekends.

We enjoyed this property. Clean, ample space, comfortable beds and living space, well stocked kitchen, ample parking in driveway and garage, good communications from owner, good location close to mountains, interstate, restaurants, grocery stores. We enjoyed our stay and the property.

Great home all around!

After being jet lagged and delayed flights, it was great to come home to this beautiful house. The location was amazing, we were about 10-15 minute drive to a lot of restaurants and shopping areas. My family and I felt very safe. The features of the home were just the right touch and made us feel comfortable. The jetted tub was the best part! It was more than enough space in the home. If I had to absolutely pick something i didn’t care for would be the water temperature in the bathrooms. My son couldn’t take a shower while my husband took a shower because the water would get cold and we had to wait 20 minutes for hot water again. Easy fix, we bathed at different times. We would definitely book here again. The neighbors are very friendly and welcoming as well.
