The Space:
This luxurious 4-bedroom home with private bathrooms for each of the bedrooms and space for up to 12 is the perfect Breck retreat for an extended family or friend group trip. Feel yourself relax as you take in the serene forest and mountain views from the home and make sure of the high-end amenities.
From the moment you enter the home, you will be surrounded by a light-filled space with soaring ceilings and exposed stone walls. The foyer of the home features a tile floor with a comfortable couch perfect for enjoying the sunny views while you wait for the rest of your group to be ready to head off for the day's adventure. Down a short hallway to the right of the front door, you can access the garage, or vis-versa is where you will enter the home from the garage.
From the foyer, you will take a short staircase up to the main level of the home where you will be greeted by a stunning open-concept great room. This area of the home boasts a wall covered in soaring windows, a beautiful stone fireplace, and exposed wood beams featured throughout the space. The living room area is an inviting and comfortable space with an oversized loveseat, two deep-cushioned chairs with ottomans, and an additional two sitting chairs. Enjoy curling up on the comfortable furniture as you warm up by the gas fireplace or take in a movie on the 46" TV. Connected to this room is the dining area with a large table featuring bench seating and two chairs, a china cabinet with glass doors, and two additional stools. From this space, you can access the outdoor balcony where you can enjoy the fresh mountain air and incredible views from the patio table and chairs or prepare a meal on the bbq.
Tucked in the corner of the main level is the spacious fully equipped kitchen with a large island and an additional kitchen bar with three barstools, ample cabinet and counter space, and classic, wood finishes. The chef in your group will love cooking in this beautiful kitchen!
A few steps up from the great room is a powder room and the gorgeous master bedroom. Rest in luxury in this beautiful space that features a California king-size bed, soaring ceilings and windows, lovely tiled floors, a 46” TV, and a cozy stone hearth fireplace. This bedroom features a private balcony with outdoor seating for four on a lovely wicker outdoor furniture set. Make your way into the master bathroom where you will be in awe of the gorgeous modern space featuring a large double-sink vanity, a heated towel rack, a private area with the toilet, a free-standing glass steam shower, and a beautiful Japanese soaking tub.
A short staircase down from the foyer will take you to the basement level of the home where you will find three bedrooms all with attached bathrooms and a laundry closet. Head straight down the hallway off of the stairs where you will pass the laundry closet with a washer and dryer before arriving at the first basement bedroom. This cozy bedroom features a queen-size bed, a nightstand with a lamp, a large closet, a standing armoire, and a full attached bathroom. The bathroom features a single-sink vanity and a shower/tub combo with a sliding glass door. To the right of the stairs is a separate short hallway leading you to the other two basement-level bedrooms which are adjacent to each other.
The bedroom on the right is a charming space with twin bunk beds, a built-in wall cabinet, and a large closet. This room doubles as a library area with two large wooden cabinets with glass doors filled with books for the readers in the group to check out. Through the french doors, you can access the patio where the private hot tub is located with outdoor seating around a propane firetable perfect for summer and fall nights. Attached to the room is a full bathroom where you will find a single-sink vanity and a shower/tub.
Adjacent to this room is the third basement-level bedroom with a queen-size bed, nightstand and lamp, tall dresser, 32" TV, and attached bathroom with a single-sink vanity and a tiled shower with a sliding glass door. Guests can also access the outdoor area through the french doors in this bedroom. This cozy outdoor space features ground heating during the winter months to help keep the ice and snow clear from the paths, an added luxury of the home.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home, which includes a private hot tub, outdoor deck and balcony, and garage.
Guests will have access to three parking places, one in the garage and two in the driveway.
The Neighborhood:
This gorgeous home is located in the Highlands neighborhood in North Breckenridge, an area surrounded by serene forest and mountain views providing the perfect backdrop for a peaceful getaway still close enough to all the action of Breck. This home is a great starting point for nearby hiking, biking, and walking trails with several trails just a five-minute drive away such as Gold Hill, Colorado Trail, and Blair Witch Trailheads. In walking distance to the Breckenridge Golf Club, from here you will also enjoy fabulous views of nearby Breckenridge Ski Resort. If you'd like to venture to Main Street in Breckenridge for access to the BreckConnect Gondola and experiences in dining, shopping, museums, bars, and other festivities, you will be only a short 10-minute drive away. Some of the area's best ski slopes such as Breckenridge Ski Resort, Keystone Resort, Cooper Mountain, and others within a 25-minute drive away. South of the neighboring communities of Dillon, Frisco, and Silverthorne, you can find yourself at Dillon Reservoir in under 15 minutes, where you can check out the marina or take in a concert at Dillon Amphitheater.
Getting Around:
This home is within a five-minute drive to the Colorado Trailhead and to Gold Hill trailhead, placing the great outdoors within quick driving and walking access. Summit County offers the Summit Stage free ride bus, giving you access to Keystone, Silverthorne, Copper Mountain, Frisco, Breckenridge, and other surrounding areas. This provides guests with an additional public transportation option, with the Tiger Road bus stop near Highway 9 just under a mile from the house. This can connect you to the Breck Free Ride buses, or the Main Street Trolley, making it easy to get around town.
Breckenridge historic district and the beautiful town of Frisco are both within less than a 15-minute drive from this stunning home. You will have multiple parking access locations in downtown Breck, with one of the bigger lots at the BreckConnect Gondola - a gateway to endless skiing options. The free Main Street trolley is also a great choice for wandering around downtown Breckenridge. Uber/Lyft are always available.
Other Things to Note:
The garage is only accessible through the door from inside the house.

• The credit card holder must provide a picture of the back and front of their ID via a secure and encrypted portal upon confirmation for fraud protection.
