We loved staying at your house!! It was so clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies that were good quality. We loved the big couch and the fireplace. The house was close to the Nordic Center stop where the bus picked us up to ski. What a wonderful experience!

Very clean property! Great layout and space. The kitchen is very stocked and have everything you need. The only thing I was surprised it didn’t have was oven mitts. I cooked a lot while there and had to use some small kitchen towels. But overall, I feel like this rental has everything that you need! Would stay there again!

We stayed at this property for 2.5 weeks with our family of 5, and it was the perfect fit! location was fantastic - very close to the bus stop for easy access to shops / activities, but still remote and peaceful feeling with beautiful trees from any window view. There were plenty of board games and legos which we all enjoyed!

Beautiful, clean home with hot tub within the Pine Trees

We loved everything about our stay and we only stay in VRBO's. The house was clean, with a bear theme (so cute!), plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen is loaded with everything you would need to cook, including foil, saran wrap, sandwich baggies - this means a lot to VRBO-ers who do most of the cooking while visiting!There were candles available for use and even Scissors!!! They also provided humidifiers which we needed in this elevation - so thank you for that comfort.The home is beautiful with views of pines from the living room and Master bedroom.We used the hot tub several times - really easy to figure out and open - and it even had jets up to your neck if needed - fabulous. A quick shower in the huge lower level shower was the best as well.The location was great - just above the Breckenridge lookout. Close to downtown and Gondola rides. The Nordic Center is right next door for c-x skiing, and the bus stop as well - can't get any better.The couch was comfy as well as the leather lazy boy. The bed was fabulous and the fireplace was so easy to use and gave great ambiance every day and night. Just flip the switch! ;)We loved having the garage as it snowed every day we were in town.Thank you for hosting us and sharing this beautiful home with us as we make new, unforgettable memories.

Just as described - maybe better.

We had a wonderful 4 night stay. Great location- with the free bus, that stops at the base of Peaks 7 & 8, being just a 2 minute walk from the house. Great layout with 2 bdrms downstairs and the master upstairs. Living area was very comfortable and the kitchen was fully equipped for those who want to cook. Looking forward to coming back!

Beautiful Home/Location but HEAT DIDNT WORK

This property is beautiful, but the service from the property manager in dealing with the heat issue was terrible. When we got there, it was 60 and it stayed that way for nearly 24 hours until they brought in space heaters for us. I hate to have to give this review because I loved the home but we spent New Year’s Eve all cuddled up by the fireplace in order to stay warm.

Home Away From Home

My new husband and I enjoyed our honeymoon over the Thanksgiving week. We especially enjoyed the fireplace and the fully stocked kitchen. The Kuerig coffeemaker wasn’t working, so the property manager brought us a new one that day! We would definitely stay here again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this rental. But we have a few concerns that felt like needed to be addressed. Upon arrival, I found a dirty sock and feminine product trash in one of the rooms and the master bedroom sheets did not seem to be clean. We washed them ourselves the first night. None of the bathrooms had trash cans and with several flights of stairs, that was quite frustrating. Our biggest concern was the hot water. We had next to none the entire trip. I wish we would’ve known about all the stairs and the water situation, I have 3 kids under 5, so the trip was a little more stressful than I was hoping for. This place is good for adults who can handle issues like mentioned above, but I don’t recommend for small children.

Perfect Breck property

We stayed at this property with our 14 and 12 year old sons in the summer. This rental was absolutely perfect! Location: The property is located in a quiet neighborhood, right next to the Nordic Center. The property backs to the forest. You can walk to Main Street in about 15 minutes from the property. Also, the Breck free ride bus stop is about half a block from the property. Very convenient. Amenities: The property is in excellent shape and has everything you need: All the typical kitchen appliances, including a coffee grinder (often not present in rentals). The couch in the family room is huge and very comfortable. The deck is a great spot to have morning coffee outside. Basic items such as salt, pepper, assorted spices, coffee filters, etc were all present in the kitchen (not always present in rentals). Bedrooms: The beds were very comfortable with nice linens. The master bedroom is upstairs and the kids'/guest bedrooms are downstairs, so the kids have their own space. The master bathroom is probably the nicest that I have seen in a rental- very spacious and plenty of towels for the stay. Rest of the house: One car garage included. The hot tub on the lower level is easy to use. There is also a formal dining room, but we really didn't use it as we ate out mostly. Management company: Great communication. They checked in with us multiple times during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. Very responsive. Putting this property on our favorites!

Lovely, Quiet Summer Getaway

The house is beautiful, clean and very comfortable. We enjoyed the deck and hot tub as well as cooking and hanging out at the house when we weren't hiking. It is very convenient to town and lots of hikes. The logistics were smooth, so easy in and out. A great spot to gather with friends!

Great place for a getaway!

This property fit the bill for exploring Breckenridge both in it’s proximity to nature and the town. It’s so close to the bus stop but feels very secluded as it backs to the nature preserve. The property was comfortable and well equipped for a family. We would definitely stay again!

Spring break

Our 1st time in a non ski in/out vacation rental in Breck and we loved it! Great townhome, extremely well stocked kitchen, cozy living room, nice and relaxing location, just a short walk to the bus stop, and the 2nd stop from peak 8. Super easy in the morning getting to the peaks. Loved the big hot tub. Everything went well. Thank you!

Ski escape with friends

Great location. Convenient for shuttle to base & to town. Well equipped. Only downside is that all mattresses could use replacement: sunken areas & too soft. Hot tub was great. TV was great. Appreciated the grill. Maintenance was quick to respond & friendly.Liked having garage to use. Instructions were clear although a few could use updating like the color of the shuttle bus line said to use black or green line but it is the gold line. Thanks for a great stay!
