Welcome to the Love Shack! It was completely gut-rehabbed down to the studs and transformed into a chic, modern home.

You will find this place is ideal for weddings, bachelor/bachelorette groups, families, reunions, and business travelers. This home combines an upper, lower, and basement unit with interior doors to connect the spaces that make it live like a large single family home. Each level has a has a kitchen, living room, and laundry. The house totals 6 BR and 4.5 baths.

This boutique property is ideally located steps away from the trendiest restaurants and bars, coffee shops, Lake Michigan beaches, Brady Street, hospitals, North Avenue, downtown, the Oak Leaf Trail, biking, hiking, the river walk, Public Market and other grocery stores, Summerfest, and the all-new Bucks arena/Fiserv Forum. Milwaukee is known as “Brew City” for a reason, and we have two well-known breweries just a few blocks away - Eagle Park Brewery and Lakefront.

After coming home from a tough day at the beach or eating your way through the many award-winning restaurants trying to figure out your favorite cheese curd, you will find free, blazing fast WiFi, central air conditioning and heat, and two Smart TVs with your favorite apps (cable not included) - feel free to use these services with your own login and enjoy!

Kitchen/Dining:
Put your chef hat on and find yourself showing off your cooking skills on the gas range in the kitchen that is fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, glasses, utensils, toaster, blender, and a Keurig K-Duo Single Serve coffee maker. Or gather your friends around the large kitchen island and put your mixology skills to the test to serve up some classic Wisconsin Old Fashioned cocktails. And if one kitchen isn't enough for you, a second kitchen is located upstairs along with more seating around a large peninsula. And if two kitchens aren't enough, there is a third kitchen in the basement with a beverage refrigerator. Two stackable washers and dryers along with detergent are also conveniently located in this space.

Living Rooms:
For a rainy day or just a cozy night in, relax in the elegant living room well-appointed with a 65 inch Smart TV and games to keep the entertainment going. One living room is located in the lower level while a second living room is located on the second floor, both well-appointed with sofas, chairs, and TVs. There is also a third living room in the basement with all the above amenities as well with a queen-sized pull-out sofa.
*Queen air mattress available to sleep two additional people in the lower living room.

*Please be aware the outdoor grill and space is shared amongst the tenants at the property.
*This outdoor grilling space is only to be used during non-Milwaukee quiet hours from 7am to 9pm.
