The living room and primary bedroom have smart televisions, allowing you to conveniently login to any of your streaming platforms. There are also complimentary games available for your enjoyment.
The couch can be reconfigured into a full size bed simply by adjusting the 6 pieces into two rows of 3. There is a feather bed that can be used to form one flat surface for sheets and blankets.

Kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, and bakeware. Basic spices and cooking spray. Coffee pot with complimentary coffee and tea. Complimentary oatmeal and snacks. Toaster.

Detached 2-car garage is available for your use, as well as street parking in the front. The remote for the garage can be found in the kitchen drawer closest to the back door. Please ensure the remote is returned prior to your departure.

While we do our best to ensure we provide as much of the comforts of home as possible, if there’s something you feel is missing, simply just reach out and let us know! You can contact us anytime by messaging us through Airbnb and we will respond to you right away.
Our property has keyless entry so should you arrive later in the day, you have total flexibility to access the unit without worrying/losing keys during your stay!
The home is located blocks away from the Twelve Points Neighborhood, which is seeing exciting revitalization. New shops and cafes are opening up all of the time!

✔︎ Indoor Accidents & Fees: Any instance of your pet urinating or defecating indoors will be considered a violation of our house rules. A $500 cleaning fee will be charged immediately if an accident occurs.

★Booking Policy:
★- To ensure a positive experience for all guests, instant booking is only available to profiles with a minimum 4-star review rating. Reservations made by guests with lower ratings may be canceled.
★- For new profiles without reviews, all booking requests will be carefully reviewed and screened before confirmation to maintain the quality and safety of our home.
★- For guests with no reviews / negative reviews / unverified profiles, please note we do require a $300 USD Refundable damage deposit to be paid. The refundable security deposit will be refunded after check-out (granted that there are no missing items, damages, etc. to our home after your stay).

★- For the safety of the owner’s belongings, exterior security cameras with motion detection are installed at the front, back, and side yards, as well as at the doorbell.
★- During summer months, we recommend bringing your own bug spray if you’re sensitive to mosquitoes. Despite regular pest control, mosquitoes may still be present depending on the season.
★Please Note:
- Only toilet paper should be flushed. Items such as wipes, feminine products, and diapers can cause serious plumbing issues and must be disposed of in the trash. Clog repairs due to flushing prohibited items may incur a $300-$1000 fee.
