The Lighthouse- A Beautiful and Luxurious SmartHome.

The LightHouse is a Smart Home. The rooms are spacious and the TVs are large. The property is located in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The LightHouse is even better at night, so relax and enjoy. The whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and unique space.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Every room gives you a feeling of peace and warmth as if you’re at home. The bed sizes are king size bed, queen size bed, and a full size bed.

Guest have access to the whole house except for 3 areas that are locked with security systems.

There is no access to only 3 places in the home. You will notice that those places are locked. If opened it will trigger an alarm, security cameras, police and myself. Please DO NOT use the light switches, just say “Hey Google” turn on my lights, or change the color of the lights. The lighting in the house can be any color you want and if you need help just reach out and I’ll be glad to assist you.

The home also has security cameras outside of the home. The footage from the cameras will NOT be reviewed unless an issue arises. The purpose of the cameras, are to protect you and the home.

私物を持ち帰る、食べ残しや飲み残しを捨てる、ごみを出す

これらを完了しない場合、オーナーから否定的な評価を受ける可能性があります。
Please no shoes on in the house. Please Do not touch any of the art. Please do not sit on the white chairs, they are art only.
If you use the outside propane you will be charged a fee of $100-$150, depending on how many tanks you use. $250 tech fee if lights are reset.
Please don’t move any of the furniture. Late checkout/early check-in is a $100 fee per hour . Don’t use light/lamp switches $250 tech fee if used.

Nice place!

We had a great time at the lighthouse. The place was very clean and exactly like it is in the pictures. If we need to come back to Terre Haute again we would pick here!

Large home in excellent location

Home is well kept and in a great location for those visiting RHIT. Has a lovely screened in porch and owner was very responsive to our needs. The interior cameras made us a bit uncomfortable, but other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Exquisite

Just wanna start off by saying beautiful home. Great open concept kid friendly. Has everything you need, plus more. My family really loved the smart system the whole home is run by. Very efficient. This will be the only house we'll stay from here on out on Vrbo! Communication from the host was awesome. Best experience by far on Vrbo!! Dont miss your great experience at the Light house!!!

A Relaxing and Clean House

Our family stayed here over the weekend to watch an Indiana State University football game. The neighborhood was really cute, and the house was close to the football stadium as well as a Walmart. The house was very clean and well organized and there was lots of room to relax, eat and catch-up after the football game. “Hey Google” kept us entertained as we asked lots of questions and changed the light colors in the rooms multiple times. Brandon was quite responsive and worked with us for a late check-out request. If we are in the area again, we would definitely stay here again.

I chose this neighborhood because it’s quiet and peaceful, also it’s one of the newest neighborhoods on the east side. It’s one of the most sought after areas in Terre Haute because of its location. It’s about 5 minutes away from everything. Including the new Casino!

この宿泊施設の特徴

The thing that makes my property unique, is the lighting and the fact that the home is smart. Almost every light in the home can be controlled by google but not only that they can all be changed to what ever color you would like. I could also say that it has a gym and beautiful artwork as well. This home is pure luxury and if that’s what you’re seeking then this is it!
