This home was fully rebuilt in 2018 with a bright, open floor plan designed for maximum comfort. Enjoy central heating/air, ceiling fans in every room, and 3 private bedrooms featuring top-rated queen mattresses, luxury high-thread-count sheets, and blackout curtains for restful sleep. Ideal for working professionals, families, and adventure seekers. Your luxury retreat awaits!

The front entrance of this suburban home opens directly onto a spacious open-plan area for relaxing, dining, working and cooking. A wide leather sofa and armchair centered around a natural wood coffee table form the corner for relaxing. A narrow dining table runs the length of the wide front windows, creating a pleasant and well lit eating or working area. A generous kitchen island / breakfast bar divides the remaining area from the fully equipped kitchen and ensures that cooking and eating are sociable and fun for all. There is even a tall corner table and stools by the window for those who want to catch up on some work, or just enjoy a coffee and the view.

The three bedrooms feature queen size beds as well as luxury bed linens, drapes and ample closet space. Quality fittings are also found in the hall bathroom and an en-suite shower , while the comfortable outdoor furniture on the shady patio invites you to enjoy the fine California weather by day or night. The warm natural materials, stylish modern furnishings and abundant natural lighting in this home are complemented by all new appliances and amenities, including central heat and air conditioning, ceiling fans and dimmer switches in every room to ensure a perfect stay.

We are available 100% of the time while you’re staying through messages, phone calls or texts. Before and after your stay we can take up to one day to respond.

The property has been modernized inside. I will book it again if it's available. The yard is in need of a gardener but that took nothing away from my stay. Clean and very user friendly. I come to fish the Sacramento river in Redding. It's minutes away. Downtown Redding has wonderful places to eat. Jacks Grill is a new favorite. Fall River Brewing also a new favorite for fantastic beers. Come back to Summit street and relax in front of the tv, hang out in the kitchen and go to sleep in a comfy bed. If you're lucky the neighbors cat will come say hi to you in the driveway.

Perfect stay

This property was amazing super clean and very well stocked with some amazing extras. Owner has done very well of thinking of everything you could possibly need. Was better than the description. Will definitely keep this property for future rentals.

Great family stay in Redding!

The house was better than it looked online! It was clean and smelled clean. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was stocked. The manager was quick to respond! The neighborhood seemed calm and quiet. The bathrooms were clean!!! The house was extremely comfortable and felt luxurious!I will definitely book again!

Great stay

The house was as shows. The only thing I noticed was the air filter cover was dusty and the shower curtain could be replaced. Other than that the house was spotless. The homeowner communicated well and made sure we had everything we needed and got checked in ok. The house is also located perfectly in between multiple state and national parks to the north, east, and west. I would stay here again.

Ideal Location

The home was close to our relatives and the right size for two couples. (Plenty of room for 3 couples!) The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, plates and cutlery. There were 2 forms of coffee makers as well as a nice toaster. Assorted condiments were available however we ate most meals out.I would recommend more towel bars in the primary bathroom as well as a new outdoor mat by front door.

Nice place

I would rebook this place again, however the description is not entirely accurate. It IS very clean and new looking inside, we didn't use the kitchen but it seems well equipped. Very spacious and the beds very comfortable, though quite low. The description lists a king bed, which is one of the reasons I picked it, but in reality all the beds are queens. There are no towel bars in the bathrooms, so it is a little awkward dealing with wet towels. The landscaping leaves something to be desired, and there is no cover on the patio. I don't want to be too negative, because it is otherwise very nice and I would book it again.
