Located in the popular Village of Oak Creek is this stunning Sedona Beautiful Villa home. You will be walking distance from the Sedona Golf Resort and the Collective Plaza where you can enjoy a selection of restaurants, including the award-winning Cucina Rustica restaurant. Close by are also many hiking and biking trails!


The single level home offers a spacious 2,096 square feet, three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms to sleep up to seven guests.


Stepping through the home's front door puts you into the open floor plan great room holding the living room, kitchen and dining areas.


Living Room: This room offers comfortable furnishings including a spacious sectional sofa, a cozy fireplace and a Smart TV.


Kitchen: The kitchen space is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances including a gas stovetop, wine fridge, and plentiful counterspace. There's a convenient kitchen island with bar top seating for three.


Dining Area: This dining area has a table with seating for up to seven diners.

Our truck did not fit in the small garage due to the slope from street to garage. That should be noted in the listing. Otherwise everything else was great.

Our Christmas getaway

This was a wonderful home in a very beautiful location and a short drive to all the popular hikes and restaurants in the Sedona area. We thoroughly enjoyed our Christmas getaway at this location. It had a spacious kitchen which we needed as we cooked most of our meals and all 7 pitched in preparing different dishes. Only regret is I wish we could have stayed longer!

This is such a beautiful property and so close to everything. The furnishings were perfect and the beds very comfortable. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and loved the shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the bathrooms. We can't wait to visit again very soon. Thank you!

Great for 2 couples and 3 kids

Clean and comfortable house right in the Village of Oak Creek, with a great layout. Beds were cozy and the third bedroom with bunkbeds and a twin was separate from the other two bedroom, which was perfect for us and for our kids. We stayed over Christmas and the hosts were still very responsive, professional and friendly (not that we tried to bother them!).

Thanksgiving with Family

6 adults had a wonderful and most comfortable time celebrating Thanksgiving together in this home. This was also our first trip to Sedona and with the traffic to Sedona we appreciated less crowds and all the nice restaurants near us. Bell Rock hiking is also was very close. You won’t be sorry if you stay here. Mona is a wonderful host!

Outstanding house in excellent location

Perfect house for our family of 5; spacious, quiet, clean, comfortable and very well supplied. We loved our brief stay here, the house was even better than the pictures, which can't convey the space on offer, all of the rooms are large and beds are very comfortable. The house was spotlessly clean, well stocked, with excellent modern appliances and we really appreciated the additional supplies of products in the kitchen and bathrooms. Communication with, and recommendations from Mona, the owner, were both prompt and excellent. Would not hesitate to recommend or to stay again in future.

Excellent Property in a Great Location

Loved our stay in this home. It is very spacious and well-laid out with comfortable furnishings. Having a garage to park our vehicle in and keep our mountain bikes secure was a great bonus. The home location is ideal for our travels, close to Oak Creek Canyon, uptown Sedona, local trails for hiking and mountain biking, the wineries in Page Springs, and three different golf courses are literally less than a 5 minute. drive away. Mona is great to communicate with and responds to questions promptly. We look forward to staying there again.

Serene Sedona Home in Ideal Location

This lovely, spacious home was perfect for 6 people during our 3-night stay (and could've comfortably squeezed in a couple more)! We were in town for a wedding at the resort across the street, so our family rented additional houses in the neighborhood -- ours was so inviting and cozy, it quickly became the weekend favorite. We were about a 15-minute drive to everything, making it easy for quick, quintessential Sedona activities (like trail heads, the red rocks church, and shopping in Tlaquepaque) between wedding-festivities. Plus, the house backs up to the wash where we enjoyed our own Sedona-esque experience in witnessing packs of animals walking along while we ate breakfast each morning. It was so cool! We all wished we could've stayed longer. We had everything we needed for a comfy stay with the convenience of home: cozy couches, a large dining table to accommodate the entire fam, extra bed sheets, pillows, iron/ironing board, hair dryer, even having the garage door opener made it super convenient! Note: One of our vehicles is raised so the truck didn't fit in the garage, but it was easy to park parallel to the house and out of the street. Mona was friendly, super communicative from the get-go, and responded quickly to messages! Thank you so much! Overall, a 5-star stay. This visit make us excited for our next Sedona trip and hope we can stay here again!

Perfect home base

My two teenage sons and my husband and I enjoyed staying at this lovely home. After a day of traveling or hiking, it was nice to each have our own room and do laundry, as well as a nice kitchen and place to watch a movie as a family. Very clean and well appointed, the home was quiet and centrally located. Would definitely recommend it!

Fantastic!!!

What an amazing stay my family had! The house is in an incredible location. I was pretty unfamiliar with the layout of Sedona and was pleasantly surprised to learn that Oak Creek Village is a much less congested area than Sedona city. Bell rock and Courthouse Butte Rock are super close and the Clark market is right up the street. The house was super clean and had everything we needed. There is an incredible view right outside the back window and you can see a good amount of stars on a clear night. There was no need to contact the property manager since we had everything we needed plus the property manager sent multiple emails prior to our stay with all the info that we needed. Plus, there was a house manual to reference as well. We did a day trip to Grand Canyon from the house. We also did a Pink jeep tour around Broken Arrow Rock. Highly recommend this house!

Great home in oak creek village with easy access and Close to several hikes. The home is very comfortable and accommodated our family of 6 with plenty of room to spare: Having access to the garage is a plus. Communication with Mona was the best as she provided all relative info about the property in a timely manner and was super quick to respond. Great stay in wonderful Sedona.

Great House!

Beautiful house. Michael and Mona kept in contact to make sure we were settled. House had everything we needed as a family of 7. Great location to restaurants and hiking. We had a great time and were able to relax as a family after a long day of hiking and climbing. Thank you! We will be back.

Oak Creek gem

Oak Creek is a good place to stay as it is outside the huddle and bustle of Sedona. Traffic was very heavy at Spring break and drivers don’t know how to use roundabouts. The house was well appointed and large. The back yard was a patio leading down to a river bed which made interesting wildlife viewing. It was nice to have an electric fire in the main room for chilly evenings.

Clean and spacious

We really enjoyed our stay here. We had four adults and three children and there was plenty of room. It is very spacious and clean. The location is nice too. It’s away from all the traffic.

Centralized Oak Creek Stay

This property is in a great location and allowed for an easy walk into Oak Creek for breakfast and dinner. Mona, the property manager, had excellent communication before and during our stay. House was well appointed with supplies (kitchen and toiletries) for all our needs. We were very happy with this property and would stay again in the future.

Wonderful house in Sedona!

We were so comfortable in this large but cozy house. The layout was perfect and my favorite spot was the recliner next to the fireplace. We enjoyed the barbecue some nights and also went to fabulous restaurants close to home. But the best thing was is the host, Mona. She answered all of my messages immediately and did all she could to make us happy. Sedona is magical and this house was the perfect base of operations.

Family Trip to Sedona

We had a great stay at this Oak Creek home. It was accurately advertised. A nice, clean property with everything we needed. Bathrooms, kitchen and pantry were well stocked. Open layout in main living area, with 2 bedrooms on one side and the third on the other, perfect for our group of 4 adults/3 children. Mona was a good communicator throughout the process.
