This 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom penthouse condo, with loft, sleeps 10 with a King bed, Queen bed, Queen-over-Queen bunk bed, and pull out sleeper sofa. It offers a private balcony and is walking distance to the Mountain House base area. The updated full-sized kitchen features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Snowdance Manor offers a indoor hot tub and pool for guest use plus ski lockers, and coin-operated laundry facilities. This prime location offers restaurant and entertainment options like The Goat and Pizza 101 right in the parking lot or walk to the Mountain House Base area and Ski-School!

The living area features vaulted ceilings with a beautiful stacked stone gas fireplace, ceiling fan and a mounted smart TV. For additional sleeping options there is a brand new pull-out sleeper sofa. Head out to the private balcony to enjoy fresh mountain air or cook a meal on the private gas grill.

The upgraded full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home, and features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. This kitchen comes stocked with household favorites including a crockpot and coffee + a coffee maker. The dining area comfortably seats six to eight around a wood table to enjoy dinner with the entire family.

The master suite is located on the main level and features a King-sized bed, a mounted smart TV, and vaulted ceilings. The en suite bathroom features granite countertops and a shower/tub combination. The guest bedroom is also on the main level and has a Queen-over-Queen bunk bed, modern light fixtures, and a closet for personal items. The updated guest bathroom offers a shower/tub combination.

The upstairs bedroom offers a Queen-sized bed and windows overlooking the living area. For privacy, there are shades that can be pulled down. The upstairs bathroom has been fully updated and features a double sink vanity with granite countertops, new floorings and a over-sized standing shower.

This was an unremarkable place to stay. It's old and tired, in need of a major overhaul, though it doesn't have much bones for becoming special.Forcing 3 queen beds (!) into a small bedroom boosts the body count but isn't realistically comfortable. The small, poorly arranged kitchen and dining table might possibly support 6-8, but 12 would be a crowd, especially with 8 having to share 1 bathroom or intrude on the 2 "masters".The management was pretty good. Directions are mostly clear though typos in the internet access point and description of key lockbox are frustrating. The expectations are reasonable. The location is very good. A bid odd, but quiet yet still very convenient to the lifts at Keystone. We didn't use the building's amenities, so can't comment.

Great Location

This was our 3 time staying in the same building. All three were great, location is excellent. Walked to slopes, had 2 different dinner choices next door and the ski rental next door was fast and easy. Definatly will be staying again.

Family Vacation

Had a wonderful stay with my family of 10! The condo was perfect to fit all of us and make us feel at home. Great distance to the slopes for breaks from the out door fun. Will come again!

Great value for the location

Location was about 1/3 mile walk to the nearest lift, beds were comfy, decor is a little dated but functional. The kitchen is well stocked, unit has a wood burning fireplace so I guess you have to buy wood at the store. Overall it was a fun family trip for the price. No real complaints here. I would rent this location again.

Great location to ski lift!

Great property. Hot tub, sauna, and pool were so fun. Beds were comfortable and there’s even a pull out trundle under the bunk beds that we found the last day. Would have liked more than one key since we had 3 families all doing different things. Parking was covered and right in the building. 10min walk to the Peru Express lift and right next to a ski rental place that was super affordable and even had snow pants if you needed them.

We had a great time. Property was perfect. Covered parking was great. Easy walk to slopes. Only thing could improve was the instructions of how to get into the building. Also only gave us one key for 5 of us but we’re glad to make some extras. Rental office was right across the street so also easy for any problems.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an amazing time at our rental in Snowdance Manor. Location was superb and the accommodations were exactly what we needed. Our only issue was that for 6 people we were only allotted one parking space and had to pay for additional parking elsewhere. With a rental that big it should be expected that more than one person is driving up and it's not exactly easy to find overnight parking in the area.

I thought the property was amazing. We all had a great time. The only thing I would change is the main room upstairs to have TV in it. And for the property to have AC. Pretty hot in there most of the time. Even with fans on. But we loved everything else. Also the check in process the key wasn’t where it says it was going to be. So someone had to let us in, which turned into from a 4:30 pm check in to a close to 5 pm check in. The pool was heated we loved that. And the upstairs bed was really comfortable. Loved that the place came with fans , extra pillows and blankets. We really needed all of it.

Well stocked for a rental and the use of the pool, hot tub, sauna were essential with our many children. We needed help a couple of times and the staff was quick to help and answer our questions. VACATION RENTALS VS. HOTELS
Booking a vacation rental is like staying at the house of a friend. In this vacation rental you will experience significantly more space, privacy, or comforts that feel like home, including a kitchen and a location that is beyond what most hotels can offer. All this at a significantly lower cost than a hotel with comparable features. These benefits bring different considerations than a hotel. More privacy means that most guests do not want daily housekeeping. We offer a check-out clean and, for an added fee, mid-stay cleans. We also offer a starter supply of some consumables, including coffee, paper towels, toilet paper and more, but these items are not restocked during a stay. A kitchen allows you to make home-cooked meals. Guests will likely visit the store to purchase groceries. Self-sufficiency is key to a happy stay in a vacation rental. We do provide housekeeping and 24/7 maintenance, but this is primarily for properties in between stays. Our staff services vacation rentals across several square miles, unlike a hotel that manages a single building. We have to strike a balance between cost and service, and have found that our current system has struck this balance.
