Unwind in this cute, comfortable condo that sleeps up to six with a cozy king size bed in the master bedroom, a set of bunk beds in the hallway nook and a comfy sleeper sofa in an expansive living room. This condo is also equipped with a fully-stocked kitchen with granite countertops, a washer and dryer and large flat screen TV's! Best of all, there are plenty of “front row seats” on the private balcony so the family can breathe in the salt air and take in the stunning gulf views.

Emerald Beach is a True Vacation Resort, not just a condominium complex. It has the Best Amenities In PCB. Featuring multiple pools. One pool area is very family oriented with 2 pools and hot tubs. 1 pool is a walk in pool with a Kids Splash Zone and a snack bar located between the 2 pools. There is a large Tiki Bar by the large Beach side pool and hot tubs. Starbucks & The Sky Bar are great for adults.

Spacious one bedroom one bath 15th floor unit! Sleeps 6 comfortably with a king size bed in the master, bunk area with 2 twin beds in the hallway and a pullout queen size sofa sleeper bed.

Come sit on the balcony and take in the ocean front view of the beautiful emerald green water of the Gulf of Mexico, 700 feet of sugar white beachfront and breathtaking sunsets.

Emerald Beach is located in the heart of Panama City Beach, walk to restaurants and shopping. The resort is very family oriented. Be our guests in this comfortable family friendly unit.

There is a Starbucks Coffee Shop and Deli, The Sky Bar Cocktail Lounge in the walkover above the street from the 2 very large parking garages. Hot Tubs, sauna, and steam room are on site that you don't find in other complexes.

Spring Break

View was the best part it’s right on the beach. However there were things broken when we got there and we faced other issues with the property.

The location is great for getting to food, shopping and beach. This condo needs a massive overall, my opinion is that nothing has been replaced since it was new. Carpet in the bedroom is dirty and should be replaced immediately. All faucets and sinks need replacing. Shower in master bath does work well, needs a new shower head and diverter as well mold around the shower. Front door does not close on its on it must pulled hard to close. Ice maker works but does dispense. Bare Minimum cooking utensils and pots and pans. Would not recommend this property until it is upgraded.

Great view- condo not so great

The condo pictures are very misleading. This condo is in desperate need of a deep cleaning and upgrade. Kitchen was clean but not enough glasses and silverware for a family let alone just 2 people. The coffee maker is probably 15 years old and does not keep the coffee warm. The master bedroom- there are carpet stains and smells. Master bathroom- tub is ridiculously dirty. I wore flip flops in the tub, although I’d be standing in water way above my ankles because it doesn’t drain. All tv remote controls are held together with tape and incredibly dirty. The view from the condo is the only positive thing I can say about this unit. The management company is wonderful. They answer promptly to any questions. I’m sorry to say I would not recommend this unit nor will I book it again.

Mostly good

This property was pretty good. The living room furniture is not the same as what is pictured. The condo was clean. We were given the wrong gate code in our email. I had to call and try multiple different codes before they found the one that worked. The mattresses are pretty uncomfortable and the master bath does not drain well. The view from the balcony is spectacular. The elevators are very fast with the exception of check-in days and that is to be expected. It was very quiet even located right at the elevator. The property is very centrally located. Overall, we had a good experience.

Vaca Stay

Overall would recommend this rental property. Great view! A/C cold and Water hot! Unit right off elevator which made it convenient. Elevators also moved fast which was great since unit is on 15th floor. Enjoyed the stay!
