Welcome to our newly renovated home 10 mins from downtown Saratoga, and conveniently located near several popular wedding venues and event spaces. The Wooley House's three(3) bedrooms can comfortably accommodate 4 people,-depending on sleeping arrangements. We are pet friendly. Enjoy the large fenced in yard and the beautiful star-filled night sky.

Our house features a full gym in the garage: squat rack, flat/incline bench, pull up/dip station with leg raises, stationary bike, speed-rack dumbbells, etc.

As a wonderful alternative to a hotel, we are comfortable and conveniently located near quite a bit.
We are:
8 minutes off of Interstate 87
10 minutes to Broadway in Saratoga Springs
5 minutes from the Saratoga Apple orchard
2 minutes to S and S Saratoga Farm
10 minutes to the town of Schuylerville
10 minutes to the canal walking trail along the Hudson River.
15 minutes to Saratoga National Historical Park

Beautiful home! Newly remodeled and very comfortable. My husband and 2 oldest children stayed so we could visit family (my son was born in Saratoga). Perfect place for us to stay and visit family. Would definitely book again!

Lovely Saratoga Location

The property is very convenient and well maintained. The fenced in yard and location are ideal for anyone with pets. Nice house and accommodations.

In Town Overnight for a Show!

Perfect spot for my friends and their Corgi to home base while we visited with even more friends and a show at Cafe Lena! Found everything we needed and will be back I'm sure!

Perfect Location to Visit Saratoga Springs

Had a wonderful weekend stay here - highly recommend! House has been completely remodeled with very comfortable beds, a well appointed kitchen, and lots of outdoor living space. Quiet location on a dead end street about ten miles from Saratoga Springs. Easy check in process and quick communication with the host. The next time we are in the area, we will stay here again.

This was by far the cleanest, well stocked and coziest place we’ve stayed. We felt more at home than any other place we’ve stayed. Kirsty and Gerard were wonderful hosts. They got back to us right away. We had no issues whatsoever. My husband and I came up for a getaway weekend. Fortunate for us it turned out to be chowderfest while we were here. Awesome Experience

Thank you Kirsty and Gerard for a wonderful stay. The house was beautiful, clean and met our needs perfectly. The kids loved running around in the fenced in yard. Everything we needed was within a 10 minute drive including the main strip (Broadway) of Saratoga.

Extremely clean home and convenient location!

We stayed at this lovely home for two nights while visiting family and to see the eclipse. There were 3 of us plus our dog. Nice large fenced in yard great for dogs. We enjoyed the screened in porch which has a nice porch swing. Great shower in the master bedroom. The owners Kirsten and Gerard answered all of our questions promptly. Would love to stay again.

Comfortable and well appointed home!

This is a great ranch home located just east of downtown Saratoga. We enjoyed our stay, hiked along the Hudson River and dined at Harvest & Hearth (which was suggested by our hosts). House is beautifully constructed and decorated. Beds were comfortable and we had everything we could need. Yard was fully fenced and safe for our dog. We will definitely return again in the future! Thanks for a great stay!

Clean, Contemporary, Cozy, and Convenient

We very much enjoyed our stay here. Check-in and check-out was smooth, place was clean and stocked with the basics. We did a lot of cooking and the kitchen had everything we needed. The grill was great, too. Couch and beds were super comfortable!It was 10-20 degrees outside while we were there and the central heating was fantastic and easy to operate. House held the heat well. Fire place was a simple switch and turns right on.Place was very easy to get to and just a few minutes from downtown Saratoga. It looks recently remodeled and we very much enjoyed the updated look and amenities.We will definitely stay here again!
