Disappointed
I arrived to a house and filthy pool. A very full dishwasher to empty. A pan put away in cabinet unwashed (tomato sauce splatter along the inside). Dryer still running with all the towels needing to be folded and put away. Dirty floors that had to be swept (food debris and hair around base of cabinets in kitchen). Outdoor grill was dirty and filled with used charcoal. Sheets and duvet cover had to be washed before I could sleep in the bed (grease/coffee stains). Patio table was grimy and had to be cleaned well before we could use it.
The trash was overflowing outside with bags on the ground around the can/house - I had the trash disposal company help me drag everything to the curb so that it could be loaded into the trash truck. The carpet upstairs is stained and dirty. I was promised that the cleaning team would return the day after arrival and they never showed up. The pool was filthy and I was told that the pool company had cleaned it four days prior and I would have to wait another three days for the weekly cleaning on Monday. Debris net was shredded and unusable. When the pool company finally came the cleaning consisted of removing debris and throwing a chlorine tab on top of a filter basket filled with debris. Walls were still caked and stained with dirt. Sent video of me brushing grime off the walls. Pool company was to return on Tuesday and did not. At that point I just gave up and didn’t bother complaining. We never used the pool.
