The Nightly Price adjusts by the number of guests. The base rate includes up to 4 guests, each additional guest above 4 is $40/pp, per night. The house can sleep up to 14 guests depending on how your group breaks down, singles, couples, children.

WEDDINGS - The River House is the guest house to Rustic Gatherings Lodge in Warren NH, weddings hosted on the property include both this house and Rustic Gatherings Lodge. Due to the complexity of a wedding we do not book them through VRBO. It is against VRBO policies and rules to share any contact information leading you to off-platform sites or social media pages. So please do not ask or inquire here on how to reach us for a wedding, we have agreed to these policies and rules and doing so on this platform will result in penalty. Sorry for any inconvenience this has caused, thanks for understanding.

The River House is a newly renovated New Englander that sits on the Baker River. Great house for entertaining. Large open kitchen w/butcher block counter tops and commercial appliances. Hot tub open year round for soaking after a day of outdoor activities or fun with friends. Location is great for hiking, swimming, fishing, kayaking, skiing, mountain biking, rock climbing, ATV or snowmobiling.

If you're inquiring about a wedding we don't book them through VRBO only Rustic Gatherings Lodge, Warren NH

The facility is exactly as described in the listing, which is all you can ask for in my opinion. It’s spacious and clean. Further from the ski mountains than I realized (40 min), but that was my miscalculation. Communication was great. Thoughtful amenities such as hot tub towels and great cutlery.

Great River Spot!

This house comes well appointed with plenty of space. The downstairs is open with a ginormous kitchen that overlooks the river and is an entertaining dream. The bedrooms are comfy and well spaced. Super relaxing and lovely weekend spent here.

Fantastic A

Huge & Beautiful. Wouldn’t change a thing! ANYTHING you need is in this house. Owners are super generous with household supplies, towels and firewood for the fire pit and host Sandra is a sweetheart!! Can’t wait to go back!

Great graduation weekend

Booking the reservation 2 months in advance was easy. The manager stayed in touch as our group size evolved. While it was rainy the days we were there, the home itself was cozy and a great landing location for 10 of us celebrating a local high school graduation. I had one question during my stay and got an immediate response from the host. Would stay again.

Amazing stay

Sandy is an amazing host. This home has everthying. Games for the family and kids, multiple TV rooms with new televisions. Clean and comfortable rooms. Updated bathrooms. An unbelievable kitchen with top of the line appliances and amenities. Cant say enough about this place. We hot the ice castles

Beyond our expectations!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was impeccably clean, warm, fully stocked with everything you need, and overall inviting. Little notes throughout the house made navigating the kitchen easier. The simple check in and out process was appreciated. The hot tub was very clean and beautifully placed. We could not have asked for more! We hope to be back again!
