2020年夏に予約中です。 2019年夏は2018年9月までに確実に予約されました。 2019年9月下旬と10月はまだ利用可能です。

テイラーキャンプは、すべてのニューイングランドで最も美しくプライベートな湖の1つで、静かでリラックスした休暇を望む家族が利用できます。 全長5マイルのタンクレイクには、湖の南2/3に12のキャビンしかありません。 テイラーキャンプは家族での休暇に最適です。 キャビンは、衛星テレビ/インターネット、洗濯機/乾燥機、ポーチでスクリーニングされた...など、家のすべての便利なログキャビンです。 これよりも良くなることはありません！ DownEast Magazine（2019年6月）は、それぞれ独自のキャラクターと魅力を備えたメイン州で最も愛されている32の "Great Ponds"の1つにTunk Lakeという名前を付けました。

予約すると、TaylorCampのWebサイトにアクセスして写真、地図、その他の情報を入手できます。

ローカルショッピングと医療施設：エルズワースはテイラーキャンプから約30分です。 2つの食料品店チェーン（Hanaford＆Shaws）、WalMart、Fast Food（McDonalds、Wendys、Burger King、Pizza Hut、Friendly's、Taco Bellなど）、Home Depot、Hospital、Walk-in Medical Clinicなどが含まれます。

PROPERTY: No Smoking or fires in/around the cabin or camp road. No running, jumping/diving off the dock. No food/garbage thrown in the woods/lake.
BOATS: At the end of the rental Canoe/Kayaks must be out of the water turned over on the dock or on land so they do not fill with rain water.
RENTAL AGREEMENT: Once a deposit is made, a rental agreement must be signed and returned within a week.

Excellent property on an exceptional lake in Maine. The property was very well maintained, and had all the required amenities (even a lobster pot!). In particular, the host was very attentive and called at arrival to ensure no questions or issues. Will definitely stay there again.

Amazing Stay

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful vacation home/property! It came with so many great amenities that made our stay extra comfortable, from a fully stocked kitchen to great outdoor seating and everything in between. The Communication with the host was excellent—quick and very helpful. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!

Peace and tranquility

This was our third stay at Taylor Camp and we just love it. Privacy, privacy, privacy. So nice to be able to enjoy the beautiful natural surroundings with quiet and no activity other than your own. The home is lovely, water crystal clear. A wonderful place.

The Taylor camp was wonderful, well equipped and very clean. The property manager was very thoughtful and reached out several times to make sure we had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The view of the stars from the dock was breathtaking.

An amazing stay!

This was our second stay at Taylor Cabin. The cabin is welcoming and comfortable, the lake views are beautiful, and we’ve never been anywhere more peaceful and secluded! We spent most of our time floating and kayaking on the lake or sitting on the dock just enjoying the picturesque views and the nighttime stars. Day trips to Winter Harbor, Bar Harbor, and Acadia were also highlights. Hope to return again in the future!

Pristine cabin and location

We enjoyed how thoughtfully supplied the Taylor camp is. The lake is perfect for swimming and kayaking - some of the most pleasant water ever. My kids found the location a little remote since we rarely even heard another person but the adults really loved this aspect!

8 Years of fabulous family vacations on Tunk Lake at this cabin! We can't be more thankful to Jim and his Family for sharing their Maine Camp on Tunk with us. We also, recommend renting a boat from Rob Marshall at Downeast Boat Rental to create even more fabulous family memories.

Family get away

Terrific restful and private escape to the beauty of nature and crystal clears waters of Tunk Lake. We loved kayaking, canoeing, and snorkeling as well as venturing over to Acadia national park for several days of hiking. The cabin was fully stocked, clean and comfortable. The beds were comfy and the layout was perfect! Thank you!

40th anniversary at Tunk Sept 2024

Jim's camp was more than we could have hoped for... well stocked, serene, beautiful envirnment, good communication.,, We celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary with our adult children and grandchildren and we were all comfortable and felt taken care of. We hope to come back in a couple years again...!

Beautiful Lake House

Taylor Camp is on a beautiful and quiet lake that’s really the star of the show. The house is comfortable, well laid out for a family, well equipped, and nicely kept. We especially enjoyed sitting on the screen porch and listening to the loons at night. We enjoyed our stay and hope to come back at point in the future.

Just as wonderful as it sounds!

We just can't say enough of how wonderful this vacation home is and how much we enjoyed our stay. Everything is well cared for and designed with comfort and relaxation in mind. This is a very secluded private getaway with lots of opportunities to unwind and relax. The surrounding Bar harbor/Acadia area has a ton of outdoor hiking and sightseeing venues so you will never be bored. We look forward to another stay next year!

My father built the Taylor Camp for his family in 1992 so it was not built as a typical rental property. It is only available for rental a few weeks a year in the summer and fall. Buying land on Tunk Lake is virtually impossible at any price as it is heavily protected by conservation easements.

The camp is on 15 acres and has 1,000' of shoreline. There are only about a dozen camps at the southern 2/3 of the lake so it is quiet and peaceful. The camp is well maintained which is why we have gotten such great reviews. Although it is off the beaten path, it has all the conveniences of home and is only 30 minutes from Ellsworth which has all your shopping needs.

The Taylor Camp is 100% log cabin with not a single piece of sheetrock. Just look at all the 5 star reviews. You are not really roughing it at the Taylor Camp, but you can tell your friends you are.
