Beautiful cabin. It has a peaceful setting overlooking water. The cabin was immaculate and well stocked. The beds were comfortable. The space was perfect for our family of four. If we were to visit Acadia again, I would definitely stay here again without hesitation.

Look no further! Book Sorrento Bay Lodge! It will not disappoint! Everything you want for a Maine vacay and then more! Outstanding lodge with all the amenities you want. Comfort, quiet, and home vibes are the lodge. New kitchen appliances, new bathrooms, great sleep and gorgeous bay views. Alice and Kyle’s communications were simply outstanding. Acadia Nat’l Park, Bar Harbor within 40 or so minutes and Canada within 2.5 hrs. Lots to take in for sure. Our family of five from Colorado celebrating our daughter’s 30th birthday couldn’t ask for more. Five adults played “Sorry” game at nite in the living room and relaxed on the deck, our favorite place. Sorrento Bay Lodge made our 30 years old daughter who wanted Maine a special birthday for sure. Come you will be delighted.

Beautiful!! So relaxing and cozy. Fully stocked kitchen, and I loved the coffee bar. We had the perfect amount of privacy. The heat was super fast so we were always comfortable. 10/10 recommend!

We could not have enjoyed this property any more! They thought of everything from the coffee bar to the couch blankets to make it feel like home away from home. The host was amazing and very fast to respond, even having the driveway cleared 3 times during our stay! Super clean place and would definitely stay again!

This cabin is all that is advertised and then some! The host has thought of everything. From the carefully furnished kitchen, the cute “coffee station,” outdoor seating areas, the cozy living room with fireplace and blankets, and the special arrival snacks — this is a wonderfully welcoming and comfortable home base for a visit to beautiful Maine. Down time at the Lodge for us involved sitting on the deck watching the birds (bald eagles and osprey included!) and the tide roll in and out. Located a short drive to Schoodic Point and in easy commuting distance to Mount Desert Island (Acadia and Bar Harbor!), it checks all the boxes. We loved our stay and are most grateful for our time in Maine. Highly recommend!

As a former VRBO premier host, we noticed and appreciated the extra details provided by our host and co-host. The pictures were accurate, the rooms were comfortable, the kitchen was well appointed, a well-stocked coffee bar, and comfortable spaces outside for grilling, boiling, sitting by a fire pit, and watching sun/moon rises. Additionally, the hosts were very responsive in answering questions and providing information on the surrounding areas. In all, a very enjoyable experience!

The Very Best Acadia region Lodging!!

A warm and cozy feel at SBL plus an immaculately clean, spotless interior drew us back to Sorrento for a second stay. The host and co-host provided excellent communication throughout our stay---The setting has a beautiful waterview setting with a very convenient central location to Acadia National Park on both Schoodic Peninsula and Mount Desert Island.You could not ask for a better equipped cabin with all the kitchen essentials plus a welcoming gas fireplace! We enjoyed an ideal getaway at this beautiful cabin!

This cabin was the perfect place for our family of five (2 adults, 2 teens, one 9-year old) to stay while exploring Acadia National Park! We drove up from Boston after 2.5 days there, stopping in Portland, ME (lighthouse & lobster!). We scheduled a grocery pickup at Hannaford's in Ellsworth, then arrived around dinner. The entire cabin was absolutely what was described. We made two dinners & prepared breakfast and lunch stuff. The kitchen had all the utensils & serve-ware needed. The appliances were new and fully functioning. We loved the coffee bar & peaceful deck time in the early mornings, then dinners and game time in the evenings! We played a game of corn hole, but the bugs ran us off (evenings only - mornings were bug free). The gas fireplace made the evenings even more cozy, and the ease of turning it off and on with a switch was wonderful!The drive was about 40 minutes to Bar Harbor/Acadia. About an hour to Southwest Harbor. The drives were beautiful and we enjoyed being a bit more secluded than right in the towns.The cabin was very clean, towels and bedding was comfortable, & showers felt great. The hosts were available via VRBO chat, left welcome snacks, and had a helpful binder about the house & area.All five of us loved our stay here and highly recommend it!
