This private two storey home is located a short eight minute drive from Exuma International Airport , and approximately five minutes from the nearest grocery store and gas station. Enjoy a fiv minute scenic walk to pristine Three Sisters Beach .Nestled in .quiet and safe location with wifi, tv , internet, full kitchen washing machine and outdoor shower, welcome to a slice of paradise. Free parking is available.

Ivan is the Man

Ivan’s service is next level. He met us at the airport at our car rental and showed us to the property. We stopped along the way for groceries and he walked us in and introduced us to the store owner. The unit is everything you need and convenient to the beach. Highly recommend.

Da Bottom

Ivan the host met us at the airport with a warm welcome. He led us to the property where we received the keys, a tour and recommendations for activities and places to eat. The property was as described, very clean, quiet, comfortable and minutes from the beach. We felt very safe there. We went to Exuma Wednesday March 27 for a destination wedding occurring on Monday April 1. Ivan drove us to our daughter's wedding air b&b so we knew where it was (site of the wedding). As luck would have it on Thursday her flight was delayed and the requirement to be in Exuma for 48 hours before the wedding was in jeopardy. With the holiday weekend approaching, the administrative office would not be open till Tuesday. We contacted Ivan and he worked his magic with his administrative contacts on Friday. When our daughter arrived on Friday, she was an emotional wreck. Long story short, everything miraculously worked out, can't thank Ivan enough for making that magical day happen. We highly recommend Da Bottom Exuma.

Summary: great choice that you will not regret. Location: we spent some days in GeorgeTown before moving to this Farmer's Hill property. Among the two options, Ivan's property was our preferred. In town you have way more traffic, considerable noise from the on-going projects (even very early in the morning), and you are farer from the best beaches. This property is steps away from a beautiful, endless beach, and still w/in few minutes driving from the airport and several bars and restaurants. Also we found groceries at a close market to be less expensive than in GeorgeTown. Home: it is clean, recently remodeled, with very good A/C and TVs on both floors. In the kitchen you will find modern small appliances and you even have a small laundry room. The only concern I would have is about the beds. The house is reported to have two queens, but the smaller room has actually a full size bed. So as a consequence I would suggest for three adults (not four). Host: Ivan is outstanding. Friendly, knowledgable about the Island and he knows literally all relevant people. He will help you in pretty much whatever you may need.

Tranquility

Clean property, good location not far off Queens Highway, with a small car, which is important. The interior is just as pictured. Ivan was a great host and ensured we had everything that we needed, he was quick to respond with questions. Thank you for the great visit to Exuma!!

Very spacious. Full size clean kitchen. Excellent Wi-Fi signal. Maybe add news and a sports app to the TV. A queen size sleeper couch would be helpful downstairs seeing that both bedrooms are upstairs.
