This 4-BR house is a stunning modern retreat that comes with custom-made furniture, unique accent features and the most amazing amenities you can ask for all in one place.

The house features spacious layout, tons of space for everyone in your party! Not only there are amenities for every activity you wish, but there are plenty of resident events also to provide entertainment for an amazing stay!

Did we mention resort-style amenities that come with this stunning house? Best-in-class amenities include a pool AND hot tub, 24/7 fitness center with yoga, spin and mirror fitness classes, courtyard for movie nights, putting green, grilling and fire pits, basketball court, and so much more. And just a 3-minute drive to IU’s Memorial Stadium and close to nearby shopping, restaurants, and hot spots.

• Traveler must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation.
House rules
• The home has a maximum occupancy of guests. Renters who exceed the occupancy limit are subject to eviction.
• NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm-8 am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots.
• No parties or events: Violators will be charged a $500 fine.

Great stay

We enjoyed the property and location. Would've liked some paper products and more kitchen items- baking sheets etc. the pool and game area was great for family.

We had a wonderful time! The setup was great for our group of four couples. It was great to all have a bathroom in each bedroom, and the living area was cozy for hanging out together. It would’ve been nice if there were a few more coffee cups, dishes, and maybe some paper towels and dish soap. There aren’t quite enough coffee cups and dishes for 8 people, but overall wonderful place to stay! I would definitely stay here again.

Girls weekend.

Clean. Great location. Availability of the pool was an added bonus. Spent the afternoon poolside and felt like we had the place to ourselves. Easy drive to dinner locations. Loved that each room had it’s own bathroom but there was also a 1/2 bath located on main floor so you didn’t have to walk upstairs every time. Would recommend for a group trip for sure!

Good Value

Please be aware, this property is located amongst student housing. I was not aware and it was just a little bit awkward. However, the property suited our needs well. It was clean and easy to get to. No complaints.

Missed out on the amenities

The property was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and although the parking was limited, we were able to find parking near The key fob was missing to allow us to enjoy the on-site amenities. We tried several times to contact the host and were unable to reach them, possibly because it was Good Friday. We were really looking forward to enjoying the game room.

Great Rental and perfect location to IU campus/stadium

Our unit was very clean and comfortable. The community was nicely maintained and very quiet. The rental manager was responsive and available at a moments notice. The only downfall is there were no paper products. No paper towels, trash bags, toilet paper (only in 1 bathroom of the 4.5) dish soap or hand soap. Only 1 bedroom had a small bottle of shampoo and conditioner. Most rental properties have enough products to at least get the renter through 2 days then they can get additional products if needed. I think this should be noted on the property details page so future renters can bring the items with them prior to checking in.
