The house features spacious layout, tons of space for everyone in your party! Not only there are amenities for every activity you wish, but there are plenty of resident events also to provide entertainment for an amazing stay!

Did we mention resort-style amenities that come with this stunning house? Best-in-class amenities include a pool AND hot tub, 24/7 fitness center with yoga, spin and mirror fitness classes, courtyard for movie nights, putting green, grilling and fire pits, basketball court, and so much more. And just a 3-minute drive to IU’s Memorial Stadium and close to nearby shopping, restaurants, and hot spots.

• Traveler must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation.
House rules
• The home has a maximum occupancy of guests. Renters who exceed the occupancy limit are subject to eviction.
• NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm-8 am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots.
• No parties or events: Violators will be charged a $500 fine.

Great stay

It was a great stay great place but we did have some issues with getting hot water. Maintenance came and took care of it.

Excellent property

Wonderful stay especially for couples with kids The four suites were spacious and property was very well maintained. Kitchen was very nice… Would suggest more than two wine glasses :) Property is also located on the bus route, and we were able to take the free bus to campus. Overall, I would recommend this property.

4.5 stars!Great place and location. The ample bedrooms are nice for couples or friends. The beds are full size and mattress quality was akin to a dorm’s. There was a shortage of toilet paper and no tissue boxes or paper towels. Small things but stood out. Would highly recommend for a football weekend or longer stay!

Bloomington

Nice place, quiet community, clean, and centrally located. Soaps in bedroom baths were watered down and no dish detergent are the only down falls. They also had a book with suggested places to eat and things to do which we found very helpful. If you go strongly suggest 3 Amigos Mexican restaurant at the quarters! Best Mexican food ever!

Mom's weekend

New and clean. Loved the community sports lounge. TV was challenging and we had to use an external speaker and mirror the IU football game from someones phone. Nonetheless the space was great.
