Beautiful home in a quiet Neighborhood!

This home was absolutely perfect for my family traveling back and forth to Lakepoint. The home was clean, inviting and fully stocked for anything we needed to cook and clean. The neighborhood was beautiful and quiet. We even saw a deer in the backyard early one morning. Our host was extremely easy to communicate with. I would most definitely recommend this home to anyone!

Listing stated pet friendly. Contract stated it was not pet friendly.Nice house in a nice neighborhood, but the house was dirty. Bathroom sink clogged and front door knob fell off Carpet tacks poking up through the carpet plus the pots and pans were dirty. Management addressed Most of the issues while we were there but these issues should of been addressed prior to our arrival. Upholstery was also soiled.

We stayed at this home while in town for a baseball tournament. It’s conveniently located near LakePoint, and Acworth’s charming Main Street—great for dining—is just a short drive away. We exercised in the neighborhood and felt safe; folks were overall very friendly. The house was clean, matched the photos and was stocked with general kitchen items needed. We had issues with the 2nd story being extremely warm off and on throughout the stay; with that said, it is in the middle of the summer though. A downside was having to communicate with the owner via text outside of VRBO, and a few of the messages felt a bit off. That said, he was friendly, responsive and overall accommodating.
