The locations is great. 5 min walk to Rupp arena. Within a 10 minute walk there are tons of bars and restaurants. Your a 5-15 minute car ride to 6 distilleries. It’s a very nice place, clean, and again the location is fantastic. Free parking for 2 cars was also great. He had an issue with the A/C, but it was taken care right away by our hosts. If your looking for a place to stay in Lexington this it it.

Fabulous stay - great location equidistant from UK and down town restaurants - walking distance to both. My family loved the apartment space and living areas. If back to Lexington, this will be my go to place. Loved it.

Great location. I walked all week to the university, and plenty of good restaurants, host was easy to communicate with, it was clean, and had more space than I realized. Only knock is no TV in the bedroom, but that definitely wouldn’t deter me from staying here again. Highly recommend

The location was great and the host provided wonderful instructions on how to get to the property and get inside. The property was very clean and had great amenities. The beds were very comfortable, too. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location! Go left to walk right into downtown and go right to be in the heart of University of Kentucky (student center and bars/restaurant side of campus). The living room with pull out couch is nice bc we can all use the area during the day and then shut the doors for a private third bedroom at night. Love the deck. Kentucky has such beautiful weather and it was a nice bonus to not be stuck inside when relaxing at the VRBO. Kitchen stocked nicely (pots, pans, utensils, everyrhing!), including all you need for coffee and tea in the morning. Very nice and newly renovated apt. Neighbors are so nice too!

Amazing property!

My family of 6 loved our stay at this property! It was well stocked with supplies, towels, kitchen appliances. Great location within walking distance to many places to eat and explore. Looking forward to staying here again when in Lexington!

Perfect location to visit UK student

The place was very clean, great kitchen sand bathrooms. Perfect space for a family to stay and visit. Parking available was a plus and short walk to Rupp arena.

Great place to stay in Lexington!

Perfect place and location!

Property has been beautifully updated and has wonderful touches. Location perfectly situated for a game at Rupp, walking downtown or campus. Would definitely recommend and stay there again!

This is the perfect apartment! The location was convenient to downtown restaurants, bars and Rupp arena within walking distance. Two parking spots available with extra paid parking lot available next to the apartment. . The apartment was decorated so cute, the beds were comfortable, as well as the blankets and pillows. There was plenty of towels. The apartment was well clean. Owners responded in a timely manner with any questions I had. I honestly do not have any complaints . Would definitely recommend and would stay here again!!
