Stay in a newly renovated home in the heart of Dtown Lexington. Located in an up & coming neighborhood, guests are easily able to access Lexington's finest attractions & experience multiple aspects of this diverse city. This property is only a half mi from Rupp Arena, 15 minutes from Keeneland, & walking distance to multiple local restaurants. This property features 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, back patio & so much more.

Professionally managed by Pure Property Management of Kentucky, our team is readily available if a guest needs.

We a located just past 7th street off off South Broadway

Parking:

Guests will have access to a small driveway at this unit. This space will comfortably fit one to three cars. Guests will also have access to street parking. Expect heavy traffic during the weekend, so prepare because street parking will fill up fast.

Uber/Lyft are the best ways to get around if you don't want to drive and fight the traffic. There are also several local restaurants, bars, shops, and venues that are within walking distance.

Where all of the Local Bourbon, Beer, and Horses run free, is where you will find Dapper on Delcamp!

The properties three bedrooms offers a master ensuite with a King Bed on the second floor and our first floor bedrooms feature a queen bed. A full bath is located off the living room with all the amenities a guest could ask for.

Dapper on Delcamp has three Smart TV's and WiFi are available for entertainment & work. Guests will also have access to a Desk. We also feature private parking in our driveway.

The kitchen is equipped with all of the essentials for cooking and enjoying home cooked meals. Guests will have access to pots and pans, baking dishes, cooking utensils, coffee maker, filters, and coffee.

OH... Our property is pet friendly and we LOVE hosting guest(s) who travel with their fur babies. Please contact us for more information on our Pet Rates. We typically charge $25.00 per pet. Please contact for rates and approval!!!

This is a comfortable and nicely appointed home in a good, central location. I did message a couple times with no response, but it didn’t involve critical issues. Just minor suggestions for the upstairs bed and bath— a hair dryer, nice wide towel bar on big empty wall, and a little bit of drawer space. Thanks for a great stay!

Great little spot close to UK

We were in town for our daughter's UK orientation. The was close to campus and downtown, was clean, and comfy. Would stay here again.

Sweet house, very charming! Came down for a Mom’s weekend with my daughter to see my son at UK. Great location to go to downtown & Keeneland.Quiet neighborhood…no issues.Quick response when there was no coffee in the home…delivered within the hour.

Loved our stay!

The house was perfect for our weekend with friends in Lexington. Everyone had their own space with everything we needed. The house was great and just as pictured. We enjoyed walking to the nearby brewery and the donut shop!

Great House

The house was great, and location to Keeneland was close and walking distance to restaurants. The house had all the amenities and the perfect amount of space for us. My complaint is the management company and their poor communication. I had reached out months prior on the app to speak to the host only to get an auto reply. I reached out again the week prior several times asking if we could do early check in, again no reply. I finally called VRBO customer service to get an answer and they couldn't even get ahold of the mgmt co. I have never experienced any host not responding to my messages. Very frustrating! But overall the house was great. The owner needs to figure out better communication with the clients.

Keenland / football werkend

Came in town to go to Keenland and attend UK/Auburn football game! Close to Kroger Field and downtown Lexington! We had a great stay and everything was as described! Well stocked house! Coffee pods a nice touch! And the chocolate bars and Ale8! Thanks for a wonderful trip!

Cool little house in Lexington

The house is newly renovated with attractive and comfortable furnishings. 2 double beds with bath downstairs and king bed with bath upstairs. We enjoyed the open kitchen, adjoining living room and smart TVs throughout. A big plus is the location close to great spots like West 6th Brewing and Smithtown Seafood and our favorite County Club restaurant. Also just 15 minutes from the horse park. Would definitely stay again.
