Great for a family

We rented a two bedroom unit in The Westgate. We arrived early and were provided an early check-in which was greatly appreciated. The unit was spacious and even had extra amenities such as coffee, hot cocoa, etc. Thank you!

Westgate has fantastic amenities - multiple pools and hot tubs, spa is lovely, skier services worked very smoothly and the staff was happy and helpful. The shuttle worked well to get to the other side of the mountain and to downtown. Everything was very clean. This unit was perfect - everything very functional, beds were comfy, kitchen well stocked with dishes and utensils to make meals. I'm picky about tap water - it was great! We had a great time and hope to stay again soon!

We had a fantastic stay at the Canyons Village! The 2 bedroom was more than enough for my husband, myself and our 2 daughters. It had everything we needed! The location is unbeatable! The shuttle to park cities from the resort was fantastic! The amenities were incredible. I took advantage of the spa because the snow was not the greatest. Everything and everyone we encountered were wonderful! The welcome basket from Sue was so thoughtful and greatly appreciated! Her place is beautiful!

Perfect family ski in/ ski out unit

This is the second time we stayed in Sue’s unit. The property fits our family of 6 very well. It’s very clean, bright with vaulted ceilings and new appliances. The easy access to Canyons ski resort and onsite restaurants makes everything convenient and fun. Check in was seamless and the staff at the Westgate is very friendly and accommodating. We had a great time.

Very nice with a few minor issues

Very nice property and well equipped but there were a few minor issues. The fan in 4909B did not work, there was only one pan in 4909B for cooking and in 4909A the water stopped in the shower several times.

Hey there! Thanks for staying with us and thank you so much for your honest feedback, it's really appreciated! We're sorry to hear that we didn't meet your expectations, as your happiness is our top priority. We're looking into how we can correct this for the future. Based on your feedback, you had mentioned a lack of a pans in B; there should have been more pans available in the connected A kitchen. If there were no additional pans, we are sorry for the inconvenience and can surely get more. With regard to the fan, it could have been a simple battery issue - we will be sure to check it out! As a reminder, there was contact information available for the property management team in case you experienced any issues during your stay; they are happy to assist in any way they can. And thank you for bringing the water pressure issue to our attention. We will contact the relevant team to look into it ASAP. Again, thank you for your valuable feedback and for choosing us for your vacation. We are committed to continuous improvement and hope you will consider staying with us again in the future!

Incredible condo

This property was just as advertised. Short walk to the red pine gondola. It's very well appointed with a great view. A short elevator ride to the outdoor pool and hot tub after a day of skiing makes for a nice afternoon. We would definitely stay here again.

great space, great location

We had a lovely stay in a well maintained space with lots of room for 6. It was very comfortable and up to date. We've stayed at most of the condo's in the circle around the canyons village, including the summit lodge. This place was in no way "old and tired" which a lot of the other condos are. Highly recommend it .. Sue was very response to all our requests "extra time, a couple of minor repairs."
