Thirty day lease, minimum. Fully renovated 100-year-old cottage on quiet North End cul-de-sac two blocks from the beach. Original charm outside, all new inside. Available for 30, 60 or 90 day rentals. Spacious master suite with smallish second "bedroom" and two full baths. High end appliances. Large, wooded lot. No third-party management. Owner is personally involved and invested in guest experience. We welcome well-mannered dogs of all shapes and sizes. No check out "chores."

We absolutely loved this cottage. We are building our home and sold the house we were leaving in so we stayed local at the cottage. Walking distance to the beach. Very clean and completely remodeled. In the best part of the oceanfront away from the strip and 10 minutes to shore drive and all the restaurants. If I had to stay again in my home town I would definitely rent this place again

We loved our stay at the Cozy Cottage!

We had an absolutely incredible stay at this beautiful beach house, located at the North End in Virginia Beach. The home is stunning with top-notch finishes throughout. The kitchen was a highlight--it was fully stocked with everything you will need and it has awesome appliances too! The beds were very comfortable, and every room was clean and well-maintained. The location couldn't be better--a very short walk to the beach or to First Landing State Park. It is super close to great shopping and some of the best restaurants in Virginia Beach, but it still manages to feel quiet and relaxing. Broc was a fantastic host--responsive, friendly, and helpful from start to finish. I would 100% recommend the Cozy Cottage to anyone looking for a perfect beach getaway!

A quiet getaway at Virginia Beach North End

The house is perfect in every way…cozy but up to date in every way; new appliances, beautifully tiled bathrooms and kitchen. Comfy furniture and gas fireplace was great on cold winter days. The beautiful tree lined street in a residential neighborhood is a very short walk to the wide beach. There are so many touches that feel like home. The owner was wonderful to work with. I hope to come back often. I lived in Virginia Beach for over 30 years and know that this part of the beach is the best.
