A modern large living room with natural light, comfortable sofas and a 4K 55" TV makes for great space and 3 wonderful bedrooms with 2 new comfortable queen sized and 1 full sized beds with tons of storage.
Central AC and heat and a fully insulated home will keep temperatures right all year long.
The home is conveniently located near Space X and SoFi stadium, Southbay beaches, city life and many restaurants. Easy freeway access!

We work in the Hollywood creative industry making feature films, TV Shows, Commercials and music videos. Being creative is part of our lives and we wanted our homes to be inviting and creative space for our guests. Besides our career we love, traveling to new and exotic parts of the world, cooking amazing dishes, experiencing new food and singing karaoke (still working on a good voice!)
Our home is filled with love and mementos of our careers and want our guest to have their stay be an amazing experience.
