Mid-century Modern Style Studio located on the Gulf of America

Stay in this trendy Mid-century appointed private studio space beneath our beautiful home (we live upstairs). We are situated directly on the Gulf of America in historic Tarpon Springs. Ideally located close to Innisbrook golf courses, Sponge Docks, downtown district, Pinellas Bike Trail and local beaches, you can travel quickly to Palm Harbor, Dunedin and Clearwater Beach. The relaxing outdoor space includes a Cabana area, dining tables, dock, kayaks and swimming pool. Unwind and enjoy magnificent sunsets after a busy day of exploring Florida's Gulf coast.

Weekend Getaway

This place was amazing, private and located in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. The host where great greeted me even after arriving at 3am still took the time to show me the place. I would definitely recommend this place and even book again.

Beautiful Spot

We had a great time staying at this rental. Directly on the water with gorgeous sunsets. Owners were incredibly responsive. Great place to stay.

Beautiful place to relax!

My husband and I enjoyed a week at this property and highly recommend it. It's super clean, and you can't beat the waterfront location and sunsets. There's also plenty of great fish and greek food in the neighborhood. Abe and Denise are wonderful hosts. We look forward to returning someday!

Loved it!!

We really enjoyed our stay. It was extremely clean and tidy ! beautiful views of the ocean. Nice outside deck lots of lots of amenities and very comfortable. Denise and Abraham only want to please and were great Host.

Loved our stay! We were lucky to have found the hidden gem of Tarpon Springs. The room and property were spotless. The beds were very comfortable. BEAUTIFUL location! Best of all, hosts Denise and Abe were very welcoming and accommodating. If possible I'd rate our stay an 11 out of 10. Do not hesitate- Book your stay now!!

Excellent

Denise and Abe were very gracious host and attended to all of our needs. Communication was great. Very helpful with things to do. The setting was gorgeous. The place was well stocked with all the necessities and more in case a traveler forgot something. Since we ate all our meals out except a light breakfast it was not a problem not having a full kitchen. We enjoyed our experience very much and will try to book again next time we are in the area.

Good stay

Owners very accommodating. Allowed us to use their bicycles, which we enjoyed every day. Suggested good places to eat. Quick to respond to our questions. Beautiful setting. Watched the sunset every night from back yard. Disappointed that pool was not heated. Mattresses on beds were some kind of foam and much too soft for our liking

The property and room was very clean and the host ,whom lived upstairs were very nice. The pinball machine was out of order and the pool table was a wreck, warped table as well as cuts in the fabric, making it impossible to play. Needless to say we didn’t get to enjoy the main reason we rented the room. So we were very disappointed with our stay . I wouldn’t recommend this unless these issues get taken care of.

Ohio Snowbirds' spring break get-away

We were looking for a perfect waterfront rental for two on the Gulf and found it here. The private spaces inside and out are even more charming in person than photos could do them justice! The owners are friendly and helpful, offering hands-on guidance on operations rather than just leaving them to be deciphered from a manual. Every personal travel item was available on site in case something was forgotten at home - even a rarely thought of but occasionally needed sewing kit! The kitchenette has no stovetop or sink, but an outdoor grill is available, and a portable sink works for the few dirty dishes made when grilling or using the toaster oven - and the optional disposable tableware is a great vacation amenity. The wooden futons with good quality mattresses and bedding are more comfortable than one might expect. The outdoor space and that view are what really sold us = gorgeous!! We were very happy with our time here and highly recommend it to others!

Contactless check-in available upon request. We are available 24/7 and are home when we have guests staying.

The space
The house has three floors. Host occupies the 2nd and 3rd floors for our private living. There is a separate and private entrance for your use only. Guests have access to the spacious first floor open concept studio. This includes the cabana area, back yard, patio, fire pit and pool. Private entrance leads to large open floor plan with full bathroom. The bedroom features a queen size bed and full-size futon. Kitchenette features microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker and refrigerator. For entertainment we have a large flat screen TV and board games. Kayaks are available for use with availability to launch in back yard.
