My wife and I purchased this home for our family (6 kids plus us) to be able to enjoy Naples/Marco with our family and bring a family or two with us. Having a place that we can share with others makes it even that much more special. We are new to renting, but wanted to share our home with clean and trustworthy people that would like to enjoy our piece of paradise with their kids/grandkids/friends like we do.

We gutted the entire thing and put new bathrooms, kitchens, flooring, paint, light fixtures throughout to make it OURS, and just finished this in late November 2022. WE LOVE THE LOCATION AND WEATHER. We wanted to be centrally located to go to the beaches of Marco and Naples, 5th ave in Naples for great dining, and enjoy the resort style life style of a community/club with pools, poolside food/drink, tennis, bocce, pickle ball, spa, ....
