- Festival goers for SXSW, ACL, Austin Film, Book Fest, - - Fantastic Fest, Austin Marathon, Pride fest, Austin - Rodeo, Food and Wine, Bat Fest, Kite Fest…
- High School/ College reunions for folk to meet in - Austin’s central locale
- Wedding goers
- Those attending funerals
- 4-6 week writer retreats
- Foodie weekends
- Well-mannered Bachelorettes (sorry, can’t do Bachelor parties)
- Folks relocating to Austin and need a little time to get settled

The Dawson neighborhood is a residential hood nestled between S Congress and S 1st, a stone's throw away from South Congress, a 3 minute drive to HEB (our statewide grocery store) a 6-10 minute drive/uber/bus to downtown and a 12-15 minute drive/uber to the airport.
I wanted to be close enough to all the stuff, but far away for peace and quiet.
