Enjoy a cozy renovated interior with modern upgrades, a peaceful retreat just steps from Austin’s most popular downtown hiking or biking trails. Non-toxic, low-VOC materials are used throughout with a purified water system at the faucet and shower. Additionally, guests can enjoy complimentary use of two stand-up paddle boards during their stay—perfect for exploring the lake and soaking up the sunshine! Perfect for adventuring or relaxing in comfort, this space offers the best of both worlds: easy access to nature and the vibrant heart of Austin. Unwind after a day of adventure in a quiet space that feels like home! Ideal for couples, solo adventurers, or remote workers looking for a laid-back vibe with access to nature and city life! A short trail access to the new Grove gathering park/retail place! For safety, there are two ring cameras- outside the home- one is located at the entrance to the home, and one is located at the carport.

Warm and welcoming! Beautifully decorated. Plenty of room to gather inside but the front and back outdoor spaces offer separation if wanted. Beds are comfortable and the double sinks in the bathroom make sharing the space easy. And you can’t beat the quiet central location. Highly recommend.
