Deceitful: It is correct we responded quickly when your code didn’t work like you said about 10 minutes and fixed it. We also agreed you’d have 12 guest after you stated 14. We also discussed I’d send over the extra fees through the app and you agreed to pay. At this point we told you where everything was and even got towels etc. to accommodate your guests of 12. We had a pleasant talk and we wished you all the best and told you if you have any questions we don’t live far as we wanted you to have a great experience and enjoy your family. Then when we submitted invoice the representative at Vrbo said you declined to pay it. She stated now you have 10 people. We went from reservation of 8 to 14 then 12 now to 10 anyway just couldn’t figure out what you were doing as there was more then 10 people over at house anyway we agreed at 12 you sent text stating you were going to pay it after I contacted you about not paying it initially. We waited over a day still no payment. After several calls to Vrbo and talking with you we had no choice but send a text telling you to pay it in the next 45 minutes. You responded it should be paid !!! Well again we call Vrbo and still no payment this is not 45 minutes later it’s 3 hours later. We had no option but to cancel your reservation as we exhausted every Avenue and didn’t want to cancel your reservation like we told you. You responded and tried calling after it was cancelled saying you must of hit wrong button you made initial reservation ok this seemed odd. We truly tried and wanted you to have a great experience. When we talked we thought everything was good but it was one thing after another anyway it’s unfortunate you didn’t come to us and just be honest. We had to keep asking you for the names of people in your party that’s when your a hour out and send you had 14 people. Our house only accommodates 12 you asked if that was a issue then responded with a couple we’re staying else where. That left 12 people anyway I hope in the future this doesn’t happen again cause it’s not fun for either party we truly want the best experience for our guests. Again I hope all is well and this doesn’t happen in the future as you seemed like good people thanks.
