This beautifully remodeled building is in the heart of Fairport Harbor. Walk to the beach, restaurants, and all the boutique shops of Fairport. Lifes better in a beach town, this one bedroom upscale apartment has views of the Fairport Lighthouse, Lake Erie, and from the bedroom there are beautiful city views of downtown Fairport Harbor. The entire building has recently been renovated, enjoy all Fairport has to offer!

This was our third stay here in these units first time in the Lighthouse View Suite and I can honestly say I loved it!! The view of the lighthouse and water was amazing from the room. The unit was very clean and comfortable and plenty of room for me and my husband's stay. We love the town of Fairport Harbor and the beach there and will be back again next year. Highly recommend Zach and his wonderful building.

Loved the location, actual unit was shabbier and more rundown than pics showed. Loud nightlife, halls of building smelled of smoke and were musty. Great for the price and location. Very cute town, close to the beach.

The property was very clean and centrally located. Was a little disappointed to find out there was a loud bar across the street from the property, it would have been nice to have been given a heads up about that. Property rules stated quiet hours between 8pm-8am, which was fine, though I don’t think it would have mattered with the loud bar across the street.

Great place to stay

We came for the festivities of the Labor Day weekend. This location was great for walking everywhere we wanted to go. The property was very well kept, very clean and comfortable. Only thing missing was a TV in bedroom.

Wanted to stay near Grand River and this was perfect location. Walks to Fairport Harbor and views of the lake and light house were very nice. Suite had everything we needed.

Quick trip

We were only here Fri night through Sunday morning and we my kid is already asking if we can go back next year! The beach. The festival! The crepes and coffee!

The PERFECT location

This stay had everything we were hoping for in our vacation! The location is perfect because it was within walking distance to the beach, family restaurant, coffee shop, and other cute places. Not only that, for being in the heart of the town, it was peaceful and quiet- easy to get a good nights sleep. The owner was SUPER helpful and responsive- and made our anniversary special!! We loved every minute!

First time in Fairport Harbor Ohio

Rooms were very nice and cool and private. Communication with Verbo and the staff was excellent. Although shops and museums were not yet open for the season, we enjoyed the beach and restaurants and neighboring areas. We will share our experiences with friends and family. Thanks, from N Canton Ohio

The Fairport Suites are located in the center of downtown with views of Lake Erie, the Fairport Lighthouse, and museums. Fairport's restaurant's are all within walking distance of The Suites.
