We had a wonderful stay overall! The property was beautiful, exceptionally clean, and exactly as pictured and described. We did have a gas leak discovered during our stay, but the host was incredibly communicative, responsive, and quick to take action to get everything resolved. Although it took until late evening for the gas company to turn the gas back on, she stayed on top of everything, made sure we were taken care of, and went above and beyond to make things right for us. We truly appreciated how she handled the situation and would definitely stay here again!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed an incredibly comfortable stay in this condo. The host’s thoughtful hospitality went above and beyond anything we expected, making this easily one of the best stays we've experienced anywhere. Having visited the Mentor area four times, this condo is undoubtedly the finest accommodation of all our visits. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a warm welcome note alongside a lovely spread of snacks, water, ice, and coffee. The entire home was absolutely spotless from top to bottom. The condo is thoughtfully stocked with high-end features, including a versatile coffee maker, charming dinnerware, luxurious bed linens, and plush bath linens. Every extra detail was clearly designed to make our stay as seamless and effortless as possible. We are so grateful for the incredible generosity extended to us this weekend and highly recommend this home!

Hi, I'm Stephanie! I'm a Texas native who loves living in Northeast Ohio...aside from the snow. When I am not tending to my garden, taking hikes (AllTrails App is great to take on an adventure while you're here), or chasing tennis balls on the court, I'm making sure my guests have everything they need for a wonderful stay.

I take great pride in this space and have put my own personal touches in this space and treat every guest like family. My goal is simple: make you feel as comfortable and at home as I do. If you need anything during your stay, I'm just a message away!

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

The condo was being rented for the past five years and we took the last year renovating and making it special to us. I like the neighborhood because it's tucked away and yet close and convenient to some great restaurants (I will have them in my "House Manual" upon arrival), shopping, wineries, nature parks and of course, downtown Cleveland!

この宿泊施設の特徴

Forget the cramped hotel room. This warm, thoughtfully designed condo gives your family the space to spread out, unwind, and feel at home from the moment you walk in.

The fully equipped kitchen with high end appliances, gadgets and organic coffee and creamer are just some of the small details we put into our condo. After a full day of exploring, everyone can decompress in their own space or play the many games we have provided.

Every detail has been stocked with families in mind: plenty of linens, a fully outfitted kitchen, fast WIFI, and the kind of lived-in comfort that makes a place feel welcoming rather than sterile.

You are not just booking a place to sleep...you are booking a basecamp your whole family will actually enjoy coming back to at the end of the day.
