Located directly on the Gulf of Mexico in a quiet beach area just south of Clearwater. Enjoy beautiful beach sunsets and view of pool and hot tub from your private covered balcony. Fully equipped kitchen with top of the line appliances and decorator furnished 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath unit. Gym located on the 2nd floor. One assigned parking spot in the garage plus ample visitor parking. The local Jolley Trolley stop located across the street at Bay Park on Sand Key.
3 Month Minimum Rental. No pets allowed. All utilities including cable included.

I have always loved the beach! In 2014 my dream of owning on the beach became a reality. I purchased my first condo as a 2nd home in the Finale' pre-construction in the fall of 2014 and it's one of the best decisions I have made. I love it so much that in September of 2022 another unit became available for purchase and I jumped at the opportunity to buy this 2nd condo in Finale' which you are looking at now.

It is the newest beach front property on beautiful Sand Key Beach. There are only 23 units in this boutique condominium. Each unit has an elevator entrance directly to the condo's front door. We have a full gym and heated pool and spa. All units face the ocean and have full ocean view from you private balcony.
