You won’t want to leave…

The only thing you need to bring is your toothbrush. This condo was fantastic! The owners Maria and Alfonso thought of everything. We had a wonderful family vacation and are looking forward to a return visit..

Great Stay

This property was amazing!! Alfonso and Maria were great hosts. The condo was clean and the location was breathtaking! The pool was so nice and the walk to the ocean was so close!! It was close to restaurants and shopping. Our crew LOVED it!!!!

Great stay

Fabulous location, great space and heated pool. Fully outfitted kitchen. Only complaint was the sheets on the king sized bed fit poorly and kept coming off on the corners.

Comfy condo, great beach and access

The condo was large, with comfortable beds and a very well stocked kitchen. The pool area was clean and reasonable size, and the beach was just past the pool. The condo is crammed full of beachy decorations and knick knacks, which we needed to rearrange to prevent our two active grandchildren, aged 2 and 5, from damaging. There were many toys, games and beach paraphanalia, so it was a little odd that the condo had so many easily damaged decorations. The building and unit were a little "tired", but were pretty clean, and everything worked as expected. Finally, the beach is really amazing- you can walk for a far as the eye can see both to the North and South. And driving was easy to restaurants, aquariums, and kid activities.

Fall break trip

The condo was just as described. It had anything that you could possibly need. As the owners said when they met us to show us the condo, (which i must add, is a great thing to offer if you are close enough to it) it is their second home, so it has everything needed to live there. I have no complaints at all. There are lots of great restaurants very nearby. The pool area was very spacious and the pool was great for the grands. The beds slept very comfortably. The owners were very gracious people. If we make the trip back to Indian Shores, we will definitely try to book this condo again. This one gets a big thumbs up!

Great stay once again

We chose to stay in this condo again this year after a great stay last year. Condo is nice size, fully stocked, and clean. We love the dedicated parking spot that is underneath the building so your car is always cool. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and be comfortable. Being on the first floor it is a very easy walk to and from the beach/pool. Condo is in a great and quiet location. We really enjoy the area and without question will look to book with Maria and Alfonso in the future as they are great to communicate with and their place truly feels like home. 5 stars all the way.

Terrific condo in a perfect location

We were thrilled with our stay in this condo! Location is perfect: it has a beautiful swimming pool area just down the stairs, and from there a direct walk-out to the beach. The place was more spacious than we imagined, with a balcony porch providing a view of the gulf. It has all the amenities, is beautifully furnished, and feels like a home. Maria and Alfonse were terrific hosts, promptly answering a question we had during our first night there. Very gracious people. We highly recommend this place. We've already inquired about it again for next year. 👍

Home away from home !

I can’t say enough about the condo. The condo was very warm and welcoming especially being greeted by the owner as we arrived. We were on a girls trip and were welcomed with chocolate and wine. The condo was so clean and it was filled with everything you could need. The kitchen had cooking utensils, a keurig machine, espresso machine and pots and pans galore. Every room was thought out and supplied with what you may need. The location was very secure and steps from the beach. We had a wonderful time and would not hesitate to rent here again!

Indian Shores Get-Away

After spending time in fast paced Lake Buena Vista area, we were looking forward to a more relaxed pace. This condo was perfect. Maria & Alfonso thought of every conceivable amenity. Cooking was easy and convenient. Towels were plentiful. Beds were comfortable. All the rooms were nicely decorated and fun to be in. Condo security was excellent. Beach access was easy and inviting. The balcony gave great beach views. This stay exceeded our expectations.

Great place to stay!

The whole place is clean, has comfy beds, the kitchen is well-stocked and organized. The grandkids spent one night and enjoyed their room with all the extras. Owners use the property so they do have a lot of personal items there. There’s a of breakables that may need to be put up if you have small children and countertops are a little cluttered which makes it harder to prepare meals and store your own items. But, it was just two of us so it wasn’t as big of a problem. Pictures showed a cooler, but there wasn’t one. That would’ve been nice to take to the beach. Also, there were only a couple lightweight camp chairs that we didn’t use because my husband was over the weight limit and was afraid he’d break it. Overall, very nice!

The whole experience was great and very friendly owners

Very nice and clean. Very beautiful view of the ocean. Walking distance to Candy Kitchen and Beach pizza which we enjoyed about every night. The owners of the condo are very nice and helpful. The condo area is very secure you have to have a key to access anything which is nice and makes you feel very safe. There is a nice parking garage also.

Beachfront condo

The condo was great! Stocked with towels, all the kitchen stuff we needed. Great view of the beach. Perfect pool for kids. The owners left some welcome chocolates and wine, and it was a great week!

Indian Shores Gem

Alfonso and Maria are amazing owners and will make you feel like family. The Condo is perfectly located between Indian Rocks and John’s Pass. The beach access and pool accommodations are perfect for a family or friends who want to spend quality time alone or as a group.

Clean, well stocked, beautiful location

Simple, straightforward check-in. Host was available and responsive to any questions. Beautiful and clean condo in a nice building with great access to pool and the beach. Very convenient to dining and other attractions within walking/short drive. Many amenities for the grandchildren including books, games, and a pack and play crib. Great Washer/dryer, and plenty of towels! Just really enjoyed our stay!

Absolutely Amazing

From the welcoming arrival and tour the trip was amazing. The condo was very clean, we'll appointed, and we truly did not lack anything. There were several nice touches to the condo and you can tell the owners take great pride in their place. My favorite thing was the shutters that came down and covered the master bedroom window and patio to drown out all light for those afternoon naps. Very easy short walk to pools and beach without ever having to use stairs or elevator. Everything from the beach, pool, location, condo was amazing and we are planning a return trip. This condo would easily be my first choice upon return as we felt at home the entire time. Thanks to the owners for allowing us to enjoy their place.

Winter snowbirds from TN

This condo is one of the best that we have ever stayed in! As a VRBO owner/operator in the past, I am a hard person to impress. Maria passed my test with 10 stars. She and Alfonso are awesome host. They make you feel welcome and comfortable as soon as you check in. They greet you with a smile and chocolates and wine! The condo feels like home with everything you would ever need to make your vacation complete. The beds are comfortable, ample soft towels, nice seating with a large family room TV. The patio is large with nice chairs and a great view of the ocean and sunsets. Keyless entry is nice , however a key will be needed to enter the pool, elevator area as the condo is very secure and safe. Garage parking is nice to keep your car out of the hot sun and rain. Having the condo on the first floor is convenient if you want to use the stairwell. Lastly, the kitchen is very well stocked with everything and more for cooking. Being a coffee drinker, the coffee pot is very nice too. I would highly recommend this condo for a wonderful vacation experience! Thank you Maria & Alfonso for an incredible vacation. Lovely Condo & Location

Condo had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. Enjoyed the short walk to the beach and short drive to restaurants and grocery store. Alfonso and Maria were very communicative before and during our stay. Would highly recommend. Looked to see if their condo was available for a trip in April, but it was booked. Would definitely stay here again.
