The primary bedroom, which occupies the top floor, features private balconies at the front and back of the home. And, with jaw-dropping sunset views from the back decks, you'll want to have a happy hour plan in place each evening.

Inside, you'll find water views from every room. The corner lot and plenty of picture windows mean abundant natural light. The sleek, full kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and all the gourmet gadgets you need to make meal prep a breeze. If you're in the mood for a barbecue, sizzle something on the brand-new Weber gas grill. At mealtime, there's plenty of seating between the kitchen island barstools and a large dining table.
