Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is my second time renting the Tropical Jewel and it is was again an absolutely a fabulous rental property. Every morning I made a pot of coffee and sat in the yellow lounge and felt the sweet island breezes and the sounds of Key West. The house is 2 blocks off Duval - great for taking in the sights. A quaint little cottage and the pool is wonderful. The property managers (Angela, Phil, and Meghan) were there at a moments notice to answer questions or take care of any problems that might arise. I would highly recommend this property!!

Reviewer Comments: I can’t express how much I love this house.We stayed for a month in October and really really didn’t want to leave.As our driver arrived I touched the house and said ‘ we ll be back’ it may sound bonkers !The booking process was simple and Angela at PP was a dream to deal with, keeping us up to date with any changes etcCommunication was fantastic Anyway the arrival was simple and the electronic door locks meant no one needed to carry keys which was a bonus.The accommodation was spotless and spacious. The kitchen was well equipped and organised and the overall decor was sunny and tropical.Having tvs in each bedroom meant we could have some freedom from watching same old programmes. Also the highlight for me was watching a programme called ‘Midsommer Murders’ whilst being outside in the pool. The outdoor tv was awesome! Both bedrooms had a bathroom / shower each. We didn’t use the mezzanine bedroom (only to store our luggage). However kids would love this area.My favourite area was the pool deck and outdoor cocktail kitchen! The pool was heated and larger than i expected which is unusual in KW. It is private and is surrounded by lush foliage which brings nature into the garden which was wonderful.I wish i could share a couple of pics but there doesn’t seem to be an option.The location was perfect , close to the Seaport and Duval but quiet. Also close to Faustos who told us we could wheel our shopping home in the trolley as long as we returned it!! That’s how close. Finally i d like to say it has the perfect balance of luxury and comfort and please can we come back.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property is in a great location while still being private. This is our second year at this house, and will be coming next year. The management is friendly and responsive. I would say that the house is very tired and needs updating. A deep cleaning, replacing tattered and worn furniture and a paint job throughout would work wonders.

We enjoyed our month there. But, we were disappointed in the equipment of the kitchen. The guest bedroom was very little and our guest stated the bed was uncomfortable..
