Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. An entire suite with lake access designed to help you renew and bring you peace, calm, joy and love.
Large windows for view of beautiful lake, private patio, or sit on lakeside patio for morning coffee or tea. Covered picnic area to have a lakeside picnic.
Reiki Master on premises for Reiki Treatments, single or couples.
Garage parking for winter guests and a place to keep your ski equipment. One hour from most ski slopes.
The space
Studio Suite The Hayes family built their home on Mirror Lake in upstate New York in 1959. We, your hosts Wesley and Mary Ann added an addition in 1998 for a family business. We have retired from our family business and have decided to share this beautiful property with others. A beautiful entire suite designed to help you renew and bring you peace, calm, joy and love. Yard is shared with your hosts.
Large windows for view of beautiful Mirror Lake and the grand Weeping Willow from the living room area with comfy seating, queen bed, kitchenette with sink, refrigerator, hotplate, microwave, toaster oven / air fryer, dining area, full bathroom with shower and toiletries.
Guest access
Shared covered patio and swimming access shared with hosts. Firepit for Star Gazing.
Other things to note
Reiki Master Mary Ann Hayes, Sensei on premises for Reiki Treatments, couples Reiki Treatments available as well as Reiki & Mini-facial Combo for an additional fee. All Reiki Healing Treatments must be booked in advance with your host.

This studio space plus the backyard and the accessible roadway make this an excellent spot for a solo stay or for up to 2 people. Clean, modern, very well-appointed and complete with all the kitchen amenities I needed. The extra touches for comfort like blankets, books, puzzles and a big screen tv made for great variety. I loved sitting out by the water in a comfy chair with the provided big blankets. The host was responsive and friendly. Would absolutely stay here again.

Your hosts, Mary Ann and Wes have been a couple for 40+ years, we love our home and want to share it. We enjoy the beauty of our property and take much pride in taking care of our property. Mary Ann is a Reiki Master, Artist, Retired Hairdresser and enjoys anything creative. Our indoor house cat Lucy who you may catch peeking out the windows at you.

The Lake property has been a family property since 1959, In 1998 we added on space for a family business. I have recently retired from the family business and we have decided to share the tranquility of this beautiful property with others. What better way than to use the 500 + square foot space for a Studio Suite for others to enjoy. The grand weeping willow in the back yard near the lake provides a perfect setting for a little get-away.

Weather you hike, swim, kayak, site see, ski, love wine trails and breweries, art, the Hudson River etc.... this little gem on Mirror Lake is right in the heart of things in the Hudson Valley. Close to Historic Kingston Waterfront, Rhinebeck, with some of the finest restaurants in the Hudson Valley, and a short ride to the Catskill Mountains.

There are so many Art Galleries, Cafes, and Specialty Shops all around the area. A 5 minute drive to Red Maple Vineyard Cellars, 8 minute ride to The Walkway Over the Hudson, and 10 minutes to New Paltz and Mohawk Mountain Reserve. Trails close by are Black Creek and Esopus Meadows Reserve and many more. If a restful vacation is what you prefer this is the place.

We have a Reiki Master on premises for Reiki Treatments, Reiki / Facial Combo with the finest Organic Products from the number one nutrition company in the US. Reiki Treatments must be scheduled in advance and are available at an additional fee.
