The condo was absolutely stunning! We were able to check in early (the management company was amazing!). It was very clean and the location is perfect! Our only complaint is the door to get in was a little difficult, as it takes a key and the handle doesn't actually turn, you just push on the door. After we were able to get my 80 year old grandfather to understand that, everything went swimmingly!

Great family vacation

In the words of my 3-year-old, "this is my favoritest vacation ever!" Having a TV in the room for the kids with movie options was fantastic for Mom and Dad to have some alone time enjoying the waves on the balcony at nightbalcony at night. 😁

Beautiful view and peaceful

We really enjoyed our stay. Super easy check-in and kind staff. We didn’t get the best weather but still had a great time. I like how secure it was. We felt very safe. Only had one issue with the toilet seat not staying up in the front bathroom. The beach is right there and the view is beautiful. Great shower too. We had everything we needed. Very quiet place. Also loved that the resort had a hose available after coming back from the beach. Simple things make a big difference.

Great place

Place was great, I’m pretty sure it’s an accessible unit which would have been good to know beforehand. Toilet seat in the 2nd bathroom wouldn’t stay up, toaster didn’t work but other than that the place was in great shape

Cleanest, easiest check in vrbo and perfect location I have ever experienced!

I am Pensacola native, I have become very frustrated over years visiting the gulf with the cost and quality of properties, vrbos, umbrella/chair rental takeover. Granted we visited at the cusp of off season. However the check in process was so smooth, even offering early check in! The condo was the cleanest I have ever seen. The amenities were perfect for cooking, sleeping a family, the balcony was amazing to watch sunsets and on the beach. The pool was chilly, however the indoor pool and hot tub were a perk of why I chose the hotel in the early spring. Shops were perfectly accessible- great food all around. We are also military and so the ease of access to the Naval base, and fort barrancas are always an extra bonus!

Fall Break Vacation

Based on a recommendation of a friend, we decided to spend a much needed break at Beach Colony on Perdido Key. We chose the unit based on reviews, the decorations, the view, and the furniture. All we can say is WOW!!! This unit was beyond our expectations. We will definitely be back and stay here when we do. The condo literally has everything you need! Book this trip and this unit! You won’t be sorry!

Great location with beautiful view

We thought this place was great! Very clean and had everything we needed. The pools were great too. I do have a few suggestions and those would be a bigger tv mounted to the wall in the living room, upgrading the mattress in the primary bedroom and adding in keyless entry/keypad to the front door. The tv in the living area is small for the space and hard to figure out and isn’t a smart tv. We were there with family and wanted to pile up on the couch and watch a movie at night but the smaller tv made it hard to do. Also, the mattress in the primary bedroom is super firm and not very comfortable (in our opinion) so just something to be aware of if you have back problems and like a softer mattress. Lastly, the condo had a regular lock that takes a key instead of a keypad which is just hard to keep up with and dig out of your bag when you’re back from a day at the beach with all your stuff. But overall, it was great for the price and we will definitely be back to perdido key again!

Close to the Gulf,

Our family of six spent a July vacation here. Good: The place was absolutely spotless, no random sand anywhere & all the glass was sparkling. The deck is the best thing about this condo. It’s on the 6th floor, close enough to hear the ocean beautifully but the pool noise is muted. (There's no noise inside the condo.) It receives morning sun, & afternoon shade, & is thus perfectly suited for your afternoon drink. The master closet is tremendous, & during our stay, fit a pack&play nicely. The beach boardwalk had no stairs, so bring your beach wagon! Grocery options are plentiful and close. There is a washer dryer in the unit & all the appliances are newer. Walkably close to Johnson Natn'l seashore Bad: The glass dining room table is not family friendly. Every mealtime I worried the kids would manage to upend the glass onto themselves, because it is not secured & will tip if leaned onto. The light switches need to be labelled, as some of them control lamps & alarm clocks, or are outside the room Of note: Pack a sleeping mask if you intend on using the living room pull out couch bed. It gets full morning sun. The balcony door is very heavy. Most of my children could not open it, which is not a bad thing, per se, but if you have limited strength, you may have difficulty opening it. There is a code for the elevator, so watch out for that. Simply pushing the number 6 is not sufficient! Check in and out are at an offsite office with lovely staff. I would book here again!
