Great balcony overlooking the beach; large family room and dining table. Good kitchen, had most things we needed. There was a lot of tree trimming going on and one of the pools was closed 2 days for maintenance, also hot tub not very hot. Also they close all that at dusk when it used to be open later....Otherwise, very nice. We did enjoy it.

Thank you for choosing SeaSpray and for your kind words. We hate when we have to close our amenities, but maintenance must be done. We are waiting on new lighting to be installed so that we can keep the pools open for night swimming. We are happy that you enjoyed your stay, and hope to see you back for your next beach vacation! - ck

Perdido Key is our favorite!

Our family loves staying in Perdido Key, Florida. This is the second time we have stayed at the SeaSpray complex. It has everything we need. This visit, we were with extended family and needed a 3 bedroom condo. It had all the necessities and it accommodated all 8 of us very well. We will definitely stay at SeaSpray, again!

Review is not for this unit

The management at Seaspray changed the unit I reserved, from a , 3 bd, 3 ba, to a 2 bd, 2 ba and notified me via email in may. I did not open the email and they did not try to contact me about this HUGH change to my reservation. I found out the week before when I called to ask about check-in procedure. I would have never picked the unit they selected. there were 5 adults in my party causing my adult son to have to sleep on the very uncomfortable sleeper sofa. Seaspray s answer, which they admitted was their mistake, was that in May there was a different manager. Never booking with Seaspray again!!!

Nice condo

Perfect for myself and two grown children with their spouses and babies. Specifically sought 3 bedroom without bunk beds. Only issue was at check in. Never received the email with instructions . Would have been nice if someone could have confirmed I received it since no staff is available in weekend. Had it not been for someone else checking in at same time, I'd still be in the parking lot
